The Arab “Spring” could easily become the “Fall” of Western civilization if the world continues to blindly comply with the rigid demands of Radical Islam. The problem is that most of us in the western world have difficulties separating Islam from Radical Islam.

The atrocities committed by terrorists around the globe in the name of Islam obviously fall into the category of radicalism. The venom spewed out by imams and many of their followers about Israel “the little Satan” and America “the Great Satan” should also to be categorized under antisemitism and Islamo-fascist propaganda.

Those displays of pure hatred are easy to identify on the backdrop of a modern and civilized 21^st century global community, and many Muslims actually refuse to associate themselves with the actions of the radicals amongst them. But being under Islam also makes them– the more tolerant Muslims– simply “moderate Muslims” amongst radicals. They might very well be between a rock and a hard place.

In other words, peaceful Muslims will eventually have to choose where they place their allegiance: in the West or in Islam? I certainly wouldn’t put all my money on them siding with the West (being by choice or by force).

The Qur’an doesn’t have room for infidels whether they are Jews or Christians as long as they are non-Muslims, and Non-Muslims citizens of the world are considered dhimmis or “protected second class citizens” under Islam. The reality though is that nobody is really protected. Islam is simply putting on a façade while they continue to infiltrate the West through “silent Jihad” amongst other ways, until their roots are deep enough that no government will be able to stop them from the total “Sharianization of the World”

One of the Muslim organizations that has been receiving a lot of news coverage lately, is the Muslim Brotherhood (MB). They are a worldwide organization of Muslims with a goal of implementing and sustaining sharia:

The Muslim Brotherhood is a group established to promote development, progress and advancement based on Islamic references. Its principles and ideologies have succeeded in convincing many worldwide who have researched much about the movement, its founders and its leaders.

While they sound moderate in the West with their very vague mission statement, they pull no punches when it comes to the destruction of Israel and all Jews. They are vocal about it, they militate in its favor and they act upon their words. Tolerance can only work when reciprocated, which is far from being the case with the Muslim Brotherhood.

Their logo carries their agenda in no uncertain terms: "Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our exemplar. The Qur’an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope." Beneath the sword: "Be ready!"

Here we have a brotherhood of hatred that worships martyred death as the ultimate spiritual act.

They are convinced that Islam is truth

They are committed to Jihad as a way of life, and…

They are carrying on the cause of Allah with passion!

At the risk of being accused of living with a utopian ideology, allow me to dream for a moment as I look at another brotherhood that unfortunately doesn’t really exist but should: The Christian Brotherhood!

The Christian Brotherhood is based on the Judeo-Christian ethics of one book: the Holy Bible. It is based on the grace and mercy of the God of the universe who values the life of every single person on this planet, regardless of their ethnicity or belief. This is why He chose to send Yeshua (Jesus) to die for the sins of the world as the Lamb of God, the ultimate sacrifice. It is based on the unique teachings of the same Yeshua of Nazareth about loving our enemies and praying for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44).

The Christian Brotherhood boldly fights for Christian values in the public place. It acts with passion, commitment and conviction to make a difference in a world without hope. But I must stop before I get too excited and start believing that it actually exists.

If only Christians would be as bold as their Muslim counterparts, we would see more people meeting God and inviting Yeshua as their Lord and Savior.

In reality, most Christians are so apathetic that the “Islamization of Christianity” is no longer a matter of “if” but simply “when”

Of course, I am aware that there are Christians who actually are making a difference, but they are a shrinking minority.

If we really believe that Yeshua died for our sins, rose again and will return one day to establish the Messianic Kingdom in Jerusalem, then it is time we become Radicals for Yeshua!

Sadly, many Muslims would not hesitate to die for a lie. Why is it that most Christians would never risk their lives for the Truth.

A tale of two brotherhoods! One leads to eternal damnation through hate and the other to eternal life through love. This really looks like a no brainer to me!

But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God,

And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear.

The Three (un)Wise Monkeys of Western Civilization!!!

There is a 17th century Japanese proverb often rendered in drawings, carvings and/or sculptures known as sanbiki no saru or "three monkeys". By respectively covering their eyes, ears and mouth, they embody the principle of "See no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil". They are known worldwide as the "Three Wise Monkeys".
While in and of itself, the maxim teaches some very good principles, it can also lead to the opposite results when applied within the wrong context like in the case of Western civilization and Islam.
Recently, the "peaceful and democratic" Muslim Brotherhood (MB) declared that their ultimate goal was the "Mastership of the World" or in other words complete world domination. As ludicrous as this may sound to many tolerant, politically-correct westerners, the MB is dead serious! They plan to do it by re-establishing the Caliphate (rulership of Islam under the caliph or spiritual head). They might be well on their way in Europe with the help of the OCI (Organisation de la Conference Islamique), already acting as a corporate caliphate of 56 Muslim nations (1.3 billion muslims).
This is the same Muslim brotherhood who within days of toppling down Qaddafi and his regime decided to established Sharia n Lybia. This is the same Muslim brotherhood who has infiltrated the Egyptian government after Mubarak's departure and will most likely take over Egypt in the next elections.
Incidentally, former US President Jimmy Carter was just in Egypt and is telling the world that the Muslim brotherhood want to assume political control but he [Carter] wants to re-assure us that the peace treaty with Israel will still be honored. I feel safer already!
I wonder if Mr. Carter is aware of the statement made by MB deputy chief Rashad al-Bayoumi regarding the Egypt/Israel Peace Treaty:

"We weren't party to the peace treaty, it was signed away from the Egyptian people and thus the people must have its say," the Muslim Brotherhood official said. Referring to the issue of recognizing Israel, al-Bayoumi said that the Muslim Brotherhood was not required to recognize Egypt's neighbor to the north, saying that Israel was an "occupying entity and we will not allow anyone of our members to meet with an Israeli. I won't allow myself to meet with a criminal and there's no chance that we'll cooperate with Israel," the Egyptian official said.

Mr. Carter, also the author of antisemitic book: Palestine:Peace Not Apartheid may be a victim of the "Three Monkeys' Syndrome"when it comes to Islamic fundamentalism. Unfortunately, he is not alone as much of the western world is following suit. Is it out of ignorance or out of fear that we are allowing our enemy to ridicule us under our own eyes as they continue to infiltrate all levels of our governments, institutions and society? Why are we even in dialogue with terorrist organizations such as the Muslim Brotherhood in the first place? Who are we trying to appease?
It was Sir Winston Churchill who once said: "An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last."
We cannot afford to continue giving Hamas, Hizbullah and the Muslim Brotherhood the " Wise Monkeys" treatment unless we really believe that Islam is a religion of peace that means no harm to Israel or Western Civilization. If you do believe that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn ...... Well, you know the rest of that sentence!
Consider these verses from the Hadith Sahih Muslim (Commentary on the Qur'an) and the Qur'an itself:

Sahih Muslim 30—Muhammad said: “I have been commanded to fight against people so long as they do not declare that there is no god but Allah.”

Qur’an 5:51—O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people.

Then you have the rest of us "the infidels" who put their trust in the one who died to first bring peace in the heart of men–Messiah ben Joseph– and ultimately will return to bring real shalom to the whole world, and reign as King out of Jerusalem–Messiah ben David (Isaiah 52:13-53:12). Two Messianic offices in one person: Yeshua (Jesus) of Nazareth. He came to atone for our sins, died and rose again so that we can repent and make Him our Lord and Savior. Then, when God the Father looks at us, He will see no Evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no Evil!

UNESCO and the Palestinian Pandora's Box!

Greek mythology tells us that once, long ago, all the evils of the world were contained in a box, sealed and given to Pandora. Eventually, succumbing to curiosity, she opened it and all the evils were released. Of course, the opening and releasing were easy, as to the capturing back of all evil and re-sealing of Pandora's box, well, that's a different story!
Late October 2011, a proverbial Pandora's box was opened when UNESCO decided to include the Palestinian Authority on its roaster of member nations. The approval required two thirds of UNESCO general assembly and passed by 107 to 14 (52 abstentions). Almost immediately, the State Department announced that its funding of UNESCO would cease. It is now clear that the catalyst to the State Department's decision was the legal requirement to stop funding any agency that would recognize Palestine. Yet, one is to hope that there was also a shred of moral or ethical motivation, but regardless, damage has been done.
The Palestinians are determined to acquire recognition by the U.N., but if they cannot parade through the front door with pomp and circumstance, they will quietly enter through any door that will get them any closer to international recognition. The UNESCO membership acquisition was one of those back doors. There are many more the Palestinians could go through, in their attempt to strengthen their case, and don't think for a second that they won't!
UNESCO stands for United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. The organization has many facets, and thrives to make our world a better world through the promotion and support of education, science and culture. For the last decade, it has emphasized "cultural diversity" in an effort to help radically different people groups get along and promote world peace. Conceptually, it is very hard to argue with that, and this is why the world has been giving its support to the organization.
But Pandora's Box being opened, we can expect the imminent effects of its evil imposed on our world at any time. As a matter of fact, the first blow was given in the form of a Palestinian Youth magazine know as Zayzafouna. It recently came to the attention of a few who care enough to be watchdogs, such as the Palestinian Media Watch who passed the information to the Simon Wiesenthal Center, that the magazine's February 2011 issue featured an article in which a ten-year-old Palestinian girl said that Hitler told her in a dream: "I killed them [the Jews] so you would all know that they are a nation who spreads destruction all over the world." The magazine, we are told, promotes democracy and tolerance. Why is it then, that a young girl could write about Hitler being her role model?
To their credit, UNESCO quickly pulled their support away from the magazine, denouncing its hateful article.
As I see it, there might be some benefits to the Palestinian membership at UNESCO. Now that Pandora's box has been opened and many evils have been released, it is only a matter of time before the next antisemitic deed comes from the Palestinians. This is going to force UNESCO to realize how ludicrous and how wrong their move to accept a group of people committed to the total destruction of Israel was. This is also going to force UNESCO to take sides with common sense, decency and real democracy, a far cry from what Hamas promotes. UNESCO will eventually realize their mistake, but at what cost? It would have been a lot easier and much safer to keep the fox out of the chicken coop, than to hope that the animal would not eat too many chickens before he decides to become a vegetarian.
There is nothing peaceful about Hamas, Fatah or Hizbullah. Why is the world allowing those terrorist organization to pretend that they care? Beats me! But even UNESCO, in its attempt at promoting world peace, (and many of them are definitely worth mentioning), is still falling short of real peace.
Real shalom will only come with the real Sar Shalom (Prince of Peace) and that is Yeshua (Jesus) of Nazareth, who over 2000 years ago at this season was born to die for all of us and give us hope.
Incidentally, as for Pandora's box, the legend also tells us that when all the evils of the world were released, one item remained in the box, and that item was "hope"!

For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace, On the throne of David and over his kingdom, To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness From then on and forevermore. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will accomplish this. Isaiah 9:6-7

Peace and Hope in Yeshua!

Voluntary Sharia Compliance in Boston!

According to Islam, devout Muslims are required to pray five times a day. Each time, as they prepare for prayer, a ritual washing of hands and feet is required. This is the purification ritual known as "wudu". This is part of Islam and entirely up to the individual to perform, if they are religious. In a country such as the United States, where Freedom of Religion still reigns across the land, Muslim hand and foot washing is just one more expression of faith that has been accepted, and rightfully so!
The same way, religious Jewish men wear tallit (prayer shawls) and tefillin (phylacteries) on their foreheads and arm during their morning prayers, and rightfully so.
I could go on and on, finding examples to illustrate how each religion has its own requirements dictated by its own holy book or teachings from its sages. Yet I see a major difference between them all and Islam, and that is the fact that religious requirements, as much as they are accepted by mainstream America, always take place in the privacy of one's home and/or in their place of corporate worship.
How would mainstream America react if anybody walked into a "public" library (emphasis on the word public) and saw a group of Jewish men in a corner of the room next to a little rack holding prayers shawls and praying paraphernalia, putting on tallits and tefillin that had been graciously supplied by taxpayer dollars? I am rather certain that the word would quickly go out, and that a complaint would be filed with the library because of a breech of our "separation of Church and State". To be honest, I cannot blame anybody who would do such a thing! But again, how consistent are we with our principles?
Why is it that for the last several years, American tax dollars (or airport user fees) have financed the building of foot basins in several airports (Indianapolis, Phoenix, Kansas City), and schools in America (Eastern Michigan University, University of Michigan, George Mason University, George Washington University and Temple University)?
Why is it that Islam seems to be the only religion successfully imposing its rigorous demands on us?
Why is it that they are allowed to use a public place to perform supposed "private" religious rituals?
It has been stated that the foot basins are "open to all". So what happens when a devout Muslim comes in the room to perform his ritual but the basin is occupied by a non Muslim washing his hands? Can a non-Muslim actually use one of these without "defiling" it ?
These are questions that WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK if our leaders were only consistent in the way all religions were treated in America. America was built upon a strong Judeo-Christian foundation, and has blossomed from that soil. If we continue to allow Islam to fertilize the very soil we live on, nothing will grow out of it unless it is "sharia compliant". But it is their goal and they are moving towards it faster than most are willing to admit.

Additionally, I am afraid that, at least in the case of Boston University, we might have gone even one step further, as foot basins were recently installed for the Muslim student body, ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS. Nobody ever asked the University to build those basins. Usually, Islam is very consistent in its boldness to instill sharia in America. Too often they impose their customs on us by force, and Americans are too politically correct to stop them. Yet you know something is very wrong when an American institution is being "sharianized" by CHOICE and not by FORCE. The stealth Jihad is gaining strength as it continues to affect our "Land of Opportunity".
The country that I love so much as an expatriate French Jew having now become an American citizen, is still "The Land of Opportunity" but it seems that the opportunity might soon be for "Muslims ONLY"
The Bible tells us that all men are created equal and are also created in God's image. It is my choice if I decide to follow Yeshua (Jesus) as my Jewish Messiah and Lord and Savior. I wish the same to all those who are lost and without hope, but I will certainly not push Him onto anybody. Heck, He doesn't even do that Himself. The choice is yours, so at the end of the day:
Choose wisely without being coerced!
Practice genuinely without being forceful!
And live victoriously without being fearful!

Just Released: Antisemitism 2.0!

Last week, while speaking at a conference on antisemitism organized by the European Jewish Union (EJU), the American ambassador to Belgium Howard Gutman (who happens to be Jewish) made some very disturbing statements regarding antisemitism.
Mr. Gutman explained that we should make a clear distinction between the old racially motivated antisemitism and the new antisemitism that he believes is "...a tension and perhaps even a hatred, largely born of and reflecting the tensions between Israel, the Palestinian territories and and neighboring Arabs states in the middle-East over the continuing Israeli-Palestinian problem."

So, racial antisemitism (also labelled "traditional antisemitism" by Gutman) is no longer acceptable, so much so that when the old beast shows its head again, the world should be outraged. So far so good Mr. Gutman. We should let the world unite against antisemtism, xenophobia and any kind of racism. I'm in favor of that of course, who wouldn't be?
But wait, there is more! It seems that "traditional antisemitism" or Antisemitism 1.0 just got a major upgrade. Antisemitism 2.0 is just out. It's better, faster, stronger and much more damaging. Racial antisemitism is so....20th Century!
According to Mr. Gutman, Antisemitism 2.0, also known as "anti-Israelism" or "anti-Zionsm" is the result of Israel's conflict with the Palestinians, but when looking for the guilty party, we should only consider Israel the perpetrator!
Mr. Gutman's believes that Antisemitism 2.0 is justified because its has a cause. The cause being Israel's "stubborn criminal colonialism" in Palestine. Arab Muslims have the right to be antisemitic because after all they are the "victims". And remember, they don't hate the Jews just because they are Jews ( that would be Antisemitism 1.0). They only defend themselves against the oppressor in Israel, I mean "Palestine" or do they?
The terminology might have changed, but the meaning remains the same.
The target might have a different name, but the goal remains the same.
If Mr. Gutman really believes that the end of the middle-East conflict and of Arab Antisemitism are contingent on Israel's declaring peace and giving away the Land, he is greatly mistaken. Under Antisemitism 2.0 Jews are at risk worldwide no matter how remote they might be from Israel, the settlements and the land.
When Nazis killed 6,000,000 Jews during World War II, the world didn't go on a witch hunt to kill all Germans. While Saddam Hussein was a butcher only equaled by a few others like Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, civilized people didn't start rounding up all Iraqis and Iranians to destroy them, because of the guilt of a few. Why? Because the world was able to separate the corrupted from the the decent people.
Yet, when it comes to Israel, the standards are different. Simply put, today when Israel makes a move, all of world Jewry is exposed. God forbid that Israel would make a decision that appears unjust or humiliating to the Palestinians, then it is open season on the Jews of the world. That would be of course, assuming that Israel is even wrong to start with when it comes to her biblical right to the Land.
German attorney Nathan Gelbart, present at the Belgium Conference understood this very well when in response to self-loathing Jew Gutman, he said: "For no other country he would criticize or ask to boycott its goods or academics. And this for one simple reason: Because Israel is the state of the Jewish people, not more and not less." .
No other country in history has ever been plagued by this disease. This deep-rooted hatred of the Jews is a spiritual weed whose seed was planted by Satan himself.
Antisemitism might be given a new name, it remains the hatred of Jewish people simply because they are Jewish with the ultimate goal of eradicating all Jews from the planet. Evil doesn't come in different shades when it comes to kill innocent people, it is just plain evil. period!
I am deeply saddened by Mr. Gutman's statement about my people. I also find it ironic that I am often accused of being a traitor, a renegade and even a self-loathing Jew because I have put my trust in Yeshua (Jesus) as my Messiah (Isaiah 52:13-53-12; John 1:12; John 5:24). But at the end of the day, there is nothing more Jewish than to believe in the Jewish Messiah and there is nothing less Jewish than to accuse our people of being the source for antisemitism. Shame on you Mr. Gutman!

Note: The White House quickly distanced itself from Mr. Gutman's statement who himself also later apologized for his words. Yet the damage is done and the symptom is of a real disease that must be eradicated.

The All-American Muslim Deception!

On november 27th, TLC (The Learning Channel) will start the broadcast of a weekly 8-part series titled "All-American Muslim"that takes place in Dearborn, Michigan. The program is some pseudo-reality show aimed at demystifying American Muslims and exposing Islamophobia.
Several families are being followed in day-to-day activities, and while the show hasn't aired yet, the network's agenda is clear: "to paint Muslims in America as regular folks subjected to xenophobia or at the very least unjust suspicion of terrorism." The teaser for the show sends a simple message: "American Muslims are proud to be Americans while they are also committed to Islam.

It is critical to recognize that not all Muslims are radicals, not all Muslims are interested in implementing Sharia Law in the United-States or the rest of the world, and certainly not all Muslims are terrorists. Any society painting a people group or community with such broad strokes is guilty or generalizing and marginalizing "the others" simply because they are different. A sad example of this is of course Nazi Germany and European Jews.

So, the idea of exposing prejudice against Muslims in America should be welcome by all in the name of tolerance and multiculturalism. Actually, it has been welcome by the media and the masses, but forgive me for not joining the party quite yet.

I am very concerned about the show's attempt to describe American-Muslims in a false light. To be sure, the families portrayed on the show are most certainly far removed from the Islamist/Jihadist mentality of total destruction of the infidels. Yet, the issues that concerns most of us westerners are strangely absent from the show. None of us should be suspicious of Muslims coaching football or opening a club, but we should worry about those who aim at destroying America and implementing Sharia Law (and they exist, even though they are nowhere described on the show).

The show displays the apparent success of multiculturalism, but dangerously, it only looks at it from one perspective, the Muslim one. There is Jeff, a catholic man who converts to Islam to marry a Muslim woman and all is well in the family. But what would happen in the Muslim community if the woman wanted to leave Islam to marry the man ( an action actually punishable by death under Sharia)? That question remains unanswered! Additionally, it is unclear if the ex-catholic is aware that his newfound faith requires him not only to deny his old faith but also to conduct jihad against it.

The show is set in Dearborn, Michigan which happens to be the largest concentration of Muslims in America. Another fallacy lies in the fact that Dearborn is depicted as a mellow Muslim community while the reality is quite the opposite. Dearborn is a hotbed of Islamo-facism too often going unchallenged. Dearborn is pretty much the first serious American sharia enclave, and not the last at the rate things are going!

Then there is the Imam who marries Jeff, the ex-catholic and Shadia, the Muslim woman. Imam Husham Al-Husainy is a radical Muslim who was featured on Sean Hannity Radio show in 2007 and who has ties to Hamas and Hizbullah. The following radio interview is a sobering example of how he avoids answering some very simple but very revealing questions while accusing and insulting the show host repeatedly.

I am afraid that the American public has once again been led to believe that Islam is a religion of peace. As I have said it before, the only time when Islam would be a religion of peace would be when the whole world is under sharia. But even then, Muslim of different ideological upbringings like Sunnis and Shi'ites would still kill each other as we have already witnessed around the globe.

Islam includes an accepted practice known as taqiyya, with the sole purpose of deceiving the unbelievers and promote Islam and Koranic law. The Qur'an is replete with verses that the All American Muslim families on the show would certainly not know how to justify, yet they exist and they are applicable under Sharia.

I am very afraid that we are once again being DECEIVED

While "true multiculturalism" is rapidly becoming a utopian concept with each move made by western civilization to accommodate Muslims, we can still claim that truth exist. In fact there can only be one truth, and I found that truth in the real book about brotherly love: the Bible, where the teachings of Yeshua (Jesus) remind us to "love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us" (Matthew 5:44).

Israel, Who Are Your Friends?

Not one day goes by anymore without Israel or the Jewish people being mentioned somewhere in the media. Today, it is becoming incredibly difficult to determine who the friends of Israel are, if any are left. From replacement theology to B.D.S (Boycott, Divestments and Sanctions) or from anti-Semitism to Christian Palestianism, the world is increasingly turning its back on Israel and the Jewish people.

The reason why I think that it is critical to identify Israel’s friends, is because there is a biblical mandate found in the book of Genesis (12:3) where God makes a covenant with Abraham:

I will bless him who blesses you and I will curse them who curse you.

This simple agreement that God made with the Jewish people through Abraham, includes the rest of the world as either those who bless or those who curse. There are only two choices there, and only one is worth making.

Identifying Israel’s foes is not always a difficult task, like for instance in the case of anti-Semitic acts perpetrated by KKK or neo-nazi fringe groups.

Just a couple of days ago in a Brooklyn neighborhood, several cars were torched swastikas were spray painted on public benches along with anti-Semitic messages written on the sidewalks and KKK painted on the side of a van. It all took place the day before the 73^rd Anniversary of Krystallnacht. “The Night of Broken Glass” happened on November 10, 1938, when simultaneous violent attacks on Jewish businesses, Synagogues and properties occurred all over Germany.

Krystallnacht was a new phase in anti-Semitism and it helped it reach a point of no return believed by most historians to be the official starting point of the Holocaust.

Hate crimes like the one in Brooklyn happen regularly in the U.S. and even at a faster pace in Europe.

For instance, and again they fall under the “easy-to-identify” category, posters were plastered all over Paris starting on November 5, depicting the hand of an Israeli soldier stabbing a Palestinian child to death using a knife shaped like the map of Israel. Muslim hatred for Israel has become such an accepted “fact of life” that most of the civilized world has become desensitized to any display of anti-Israel or anti-Jewish sentiment. Yet it is on the increase.

Neo-Nazis and Islamists are expected foes of Israel and the Jewish people, but what about the Christian Church? Don’t Christians owe their Bible to the Jewish people? Isn’t Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah, a Jew in His humanity? Shouldn’t the Christians be supportive of the “People of the Book”?

United Methodists have recently passed Resolution No 11-16 Aligning United Methodist Church Investments with Resolutions on Israel/Palestine. In that resolution, the Board of the United Methodist Denomination voted in favor of divesting money from Israel because of what they call the “Occupation of Palestinian territories”. Other denominations have followed and more will undoubtedly join.

A simple but honest study of history will suffice to prove that the Palestinian people were invented in the mid-sixties to promote Yasser Arafat’s agenda of Israel’s takeover and the destruction of all Jews. The agenda still goes on and has now been accepted by the uneducated masses, as it is greatly facilitated by the liberal media. A large portion of western civilization is in cognitive dissonance when it comes to Israel’s right to exist AND right to the land, and unfortunately, it includes a vast majority of “Christians”. What a shame for a follower of the Jewish Messiah and His message of hope to want nothing to do with the original messengers.

Other Christians believe that the Church has replaced Israel in God’s plan. The Jewish people had their chance but they rejected Jesus so God rejected them. This theology of replacement is being taught all across America and worldwide by too many pastors and theologians. But the Bible teaches the opposite (see Romans 9-11). Israel is very much in God’s plan, and as a matter of fact it is in the center of God’s plan for all of mankind.

Then there are some Christians who under the guise of “loving Israel” will refrain from sharing the Gospel with anybody Jewish. “So much has been done against the Jewish people in the name of ‘Christ’ that today, we need to just love them” they say. I believe that hugging and loving a Jewish person while refraining from sharing the Gospel with them is the worst form of anti-Semitism that exists.

So, with such a gallery of foes, can we still find any friends for Israel? Who are those who choose to bless Israel?

The question we must first ask ourselves is: “what does it mean to be a real friend?”

A friend loves unconditionally,

A friend gives sacrificially and

A friend supports unequivocally

There are still some evangelical Christians who love and support Israel. When it comes to giving, financial support is good, but the most important gift is the one that never stops giving, and that is the gift of eternal life through the Gospel. Bible believing followers of the Jewish Messiah cannot call themselves Christians and hate Israel, because by doing so they also hate the God of Israel (Psalm 83:1-5).

There are still Christians who want to bless the Jewish people. I was led to my Jewish Messiah by such a person 28 years ago.

If we love Israel, we must support her with all of our heart and soul, against the evergrowing faction of foes such as neo-Nazis, Islamists, liberals and even many Christians. To be sure, I do not mean that we must accept every move that the Israeli government makes without any criticism, but biblically, the Jewish people ARE STILL the chosen people of God.

We are soon to enter into a presidential election year. Never in the history of the United-States has a government been so anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian. The ice is getting thinner (and this is not in reference to global warming). America is still a blessed land of opportunity, but we should tread very lightly. If our country turns its back on Israel, don’t act surprised if God turns its back on our country.

Freedom of Speech and Radical Islam: A Head On Collision!

On Wednesday November 2, early in the morning, while I was in Paris, the weekly satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo was firebombed and its website hacked, leaving a picture of mecca along with multiple verses from the Qu'ran.
The reason for the attack was the cover of the magazine depicting the prophet Mohammed saying:"100 lashes if you don't laugh your heart out!". Additionally, the magazine had been retitled Charia Hebdo for the occasion. I am not necessarily a big fan of Charlie Hebdo, yet the magazine's bombing is a symptom of a deeper problem plaguing Europe and already threatening the rest of western civilization: A complete lack of courage!
Freedom of speech is a right that civilized countries have enjoyed for several hundred years, France is a perfect example of it. France has had a longstanding reputation of being prone to satirical literature. And yes, the staff at Charlie Hebdo has often pushed the envelope too far, which has gotten them in trouble before.
On the other hand, Numerous cartoons are published weekly all over the middle east depicting Jewish people and Israelis killing, eating, maming and abusing Palestinians. Some of them are extremely graphic and offensive as those making fun of the Holocaust or using the crucifixion to depict what Jewish people are doing to the Arabs.
Yet, to date we have not seen ONE Arab embassy bombed, we have not seen ONE Arab newspaper destroyed, we have not seen ONE person hurt as a result of the Arab media's vitriol constantly thrown at Israel. Why? Because even though in very bad taste, freedom of speech is such that a lot and often too much can be said about someone without risking any punishment, it is still FREEDOM of speech!
Organization such as the Anti-Defamation League are usually quick to denounce such acts, and rightfully so, but their cries only go as far as asking for an apology and/or a retrieval of the insulting cartoon.
The Arab world in general and radical muslims in particular know this very well. As a matter of fact, they [islamists] use freedom of speech every single day to promote their destructive agenda. Western civilization created an environment condusive to freedom of speech, freedom of press and freedom of religion, but that goes against the grain of Sharia, so for radical Islam, it must be stopped.
The problem is that those who will do anything to nip freedom of speech in the bud live in countries where they have been welcome for decades but have refused to integrate, slowly recreating a retrograde society based on a system that hasn't evolved in 1400 years. And very few people will do anything to stop them.
Many countries of Europe are succumbing under the pressure of radical Islam. France is way up on the list with England. As a matter of fact, France has the largest community of Muslims in Europe and it is now a recognized fact that that very community has become an unavoidable voting block. The result is that President Sarkozy, who is months away from a second presidential race, must tread lightly when reprimanding any Muslim act of violence or destruction. Voting "YES" for the inclusion of Palestine into the UNESCO might help his numbers as well, and of course, calling Benyamin Netanyahu a liar in a (not so private ) conversation with President Obama during the G20 summit in France, will go a long way towards appeasing the muslim vote and possibly putting Sarkozy back in the Elysee Palace for a second term.
France needs the chutzpah to corral the muslim community into the ideological arena that most of the western world is in, but I fear that multiculturalism and tolerance, the very tools that they thrived to use to create a better world are now bitting them back.
The French still know how to live and how to eat but they have forgotten how to stand for truth and freedom of speech...ANY FREEDOM for that matter!

Born and raised in Paris France, I had grown accustomed to experiencing a certain envy for American gadgets, music records, jeans and other icons from the USA that us Europeans would always have to wait for and pay a premium for. In the 21st century, distances, delays and prices have been reduced to such a point that we can now say that we live in a global marketplace. Nobody seems to be ahead of anybody anymore except maybe in one area where they actually shouldn't be.
What I mean is that there is one change in Europe that we in America have not experienced yet. There is one area where Europe is ahead, way ahead of us, and that is the "Sharianization" of cities across the country.
We, in America, know (that is for those who really bother to ask) that Radical Islam is slowly fighting a "silent jihad", infiltrating all levels of government, educational system and corporate world. But outside of a large concentration of Muslims in Dearborn, Michigan, the push for Sharia Law in America hasn't been received very well, and we have organizations like Act4America or activists/authors like Pamela Geller, Melanie Phillips, Robert Spencer or Mark Steyn among others to thank for that. The fight is real but it is not too late for the battle to be won on American soil.
On the other hand, Europe is now on the fast track to becoming Eurabia, a term coined by activist/author Bat Ye'or in the mid 70s and popularized in 2005 in her book Eurabia: The Euro-Arab Axis. "The silent Jihad" and stealth muslim demographics have slowly taken over as we are starting to see in Europe. The growth ha sbeen constant and exponential for the last fifty years
This has been a growing concern of mine and now, as I start to see the "injection"of sharia virus strain in the European blood line, I wonder not what can be done to stop it but simply how fast will the virus spread.
A Muslim group in Denmark known as "Call to Islam" is pushing to establish "Sharia Law Zones" in parts of Copenhagen and then other Danish cities. Sharia Police would make sure that anybody doing anything contrary to the teaching of Islam would be punished. But they are not alone, this is not an isolated case but more an emulation of many other countries of Europe.
Similar situations where Sharia is established in neighborhoods, including in some cases Islamic tribunals set up for family affairs such as marriage, divorce, child custody or inheritance, exist in countries like England, Belgium, France, Germany and Spain to name just a few.
In fear of an social explosion due to the lack of muslim integration in French society, France has just finished publishing a 2,200 page report documenting the imminent danger titled "Suburbs of the Republic"
Muslims come and establish families in countries that are not their land of origin, they do not integrate, they organize under Islamic law and one thin slice at a time through the unnoticeable "Salami Effect", western civilization is being reduced to near oblivion or worse: to the state of "Dhimmitude" (a state of "protection" for "dhimmis" or non-muslim /infidels under Islamic rule).
This is all happening in Europe under the very eyes of those who care to look and of on the watch of many native European leaders. Many of them feel helpless and maybe they are indeed!
The cancer of radical Islam and the establishment of the Caliphate under worldwide sharia law is not just a bad dream that will go away in the morning. It is very real and it is making some giant, irreversible steps in Europe towards a Sharia controlled continent. It must be fought in the name of truth and freedom for all. If not abroad, then at home in America.
When I say that we need to fight for freedom and truth, I realize that real freedom and saving truth can only be found in the person of Yeshua the Messiah (Jesus) who by his sacrificial death and resurrection offered the whole world reconciliation to God.
I found Him 28 years ago and made him Lord of my life. All people, including Muslims need to come to Him because He is the only way.

Occupy Wall Street and Vilify Israel!

The bank-controlling "Greedy Jew" syndrome is not new. Slogans such as "Zionists control Wall St", "Hitler's Bankers Wall St." or "Humanity versus the Rothschilds" heard and/or read at the Occupy Wall Street gathering and other "Occupy 'Your Home Town'" around the nation are nothing but a repackaging of an old anti-Semitic libel.

As a matter of fact, it is one of the oldest libel against my people that goes back to the Middle Ages. Around the time of the First Crusade of 1096. One of the results of the Crusades was that many new routes became open to the Orient and money was quickly becoming the primary commodity for trading.

Money lending was forbidden by the Church, and Christians were allowed to borrow money ONLY from Jewish people, who in turn would collect the money back with interest (one of the few ways for Jewish people to make a living back then). The Kings of Europe started taxing the Jewish moneylenders on their profit. Taxes kept increasing, so the Jewish moneylenders had no choice but to increase their interest rates to continue to simply make a living. The process went on for a while and gave birth to the myth of the “greedy Jew”, a myth picked up in Shakespeare’s Shylock character and that is obviously still going strong in the 21^st century. So much so that today it is not uncommon to hear people with no anti-Semitic inclination say: "he Jewed me down!" referring to a transaction where bargaining took place in an effort to reduce cost.

People for the most part have been desensitized, as the myth of the "money loving Jew" continues to infiltrate all segments of the population with its pernicious and libelous message.

Now we witness its resurfacing at the various Occupy Wall Street (OWS) demonstrations and very little is being said, maybe because very few are even noticing the wrong of it. As a result, people are currently arguing and trying to decide if the OWS gatherings are of anti-Semitic nature.

One fact is that OWS is not really a structured movement or protest with a well defined leadership. Based on principles that are reminiscent of the Anarchist movement, it is a protest of the people against corporate greed and injustice within our society. In a nutshell , it appears to be a protest of the 99% (referring to the abused and under-payed population) against the 1% (referring to corporate billionaires). I am sure that there is some validity in the cause behind the OWS protest, but the fact that it doesn't benefit from any sort of leadership, makes it a magnet for weirdos, fringe people and conspiracy theorists. In their midst will undoubtedly be some anti-Semites who, pulling from their extensive panoply of lies will jump on the occasion to vilify the "Zionist Bankers.”

So is it fair to say that Occupy Wall Street is anti-Semitic? I think not!

This being said, if OWS is not infected by the virus of anti-Semitism, it most certainly shows symptoms of it. If it is not specifically driven by anti-Semitism, it still is attracting anti-Semites into its ranks. And, as the global economy continues to weaken, a culprit must be designated.

Since OWS is mostly made of disgruntled liberal leftists who already have a very warped view of Israel and the Jewish people, the most natural thing for them to do would be to put the blame on the scapegoats of humanity. They are trying to do just that, and who fits the bill better than the “greedy Jew”?

While I applaud the Los Angeles Unified School District for firing Patricia McAllister after she said: "the Zionist Jews who are running these big banks and our federal reserve -- which is not run by the federal government -- they need to be run out of this country", I continue to worry about my people, mainly because much of what is being stated against Israel and the Jewish people is increasingly reminiscent of pre-WWII nazi Germany anti-Jewish propaganda. Back then we didn't have a country to go back to. Today, Israel is the safest place for our people and maybe we need to start taking the handwriting on the wall more seriously!

At the very least, true Bible believing Christians must make their voices heard in support of Israel and the Jewish people (Genesis 12:3) as well as let my people know what it means to be a follower of Yeshua (Jesus) of Nazareth (Isaiah 52:13-53:12, John 1:12)

A witness who does nothing becomes a by-stander and the by-standers simply facilitate the work of the perpetrators.

Gilad Shalit's Release: A Blessing and a Curse!

In our world punctuated by death, wars, famines and a global economic crisis, good news is a rare breath of fresh air that we seldom get to enjoy. Then, just a few days ago, the news came from the Middle East that Israeli 25 years old IDF soldier Gilad Shalit was about to be released from his Hamas captors, and THAT, is good news!
Gilad Shalit was captured by Hamas on June 25, 2006 and held hostage ever since in an undisclosed location somewhere in Gaza. For over five years, during which he became an international figure, Shalit has been secretly kept away from any and all government delegations and human rights agencies. Countless organizations, countries and people have been in favor of his release...to no avail!
Because of the nature of his abduction and Hamas' lack of willingness for any dialogue, his capture is now commonly and rightfully so, referred to as a "kidnapping", one that goes against the Geneva Convention.
For the last five years, much prayer has gone in favor of Shalit's release. It appears that on October 11, 2011, an agreement was reached between the Israeli government of Benyamin Netanyahu and Hamas. The agreement regarding the release of Shalit within days includes the release of 1,027 Palestinians in return.
The negotiations will take place in three phases. Firstly, in the middle of next week Shalit will be moved to Egypt and then to Israel while the first 450 prisoners will simultaneously be realesed from Israeli prisons. Secondly, After Shalit is released to the Red Cross, 27 female prisoners will be added to the 450 previously released. Finally, in another two months, another 550 prisoners will be released for a grand total of 1,027.
There you have it, the sanctity of human life versus the idolatry of death!
I understand how important the choice of the 1,027 is, in regards to the degree of danger posed by the release of some key terorrists, and I agree with Israel for not releasing senior Palestinian prisoners like Marwan Barghouti or Ahmed Saadat. I also understand, and frankly, I admire the commitment of the Israeli government to secure the release of Gilad Shalit. YES, ONE LIFE IS THAT IMPORTANT!!!
How ironic that Israel, so often painted as the "New Nazis of the Middle-East" or "Occupiers of Palestine" would see fit to exchange 1 life for 1,027 lives! But you see, Israel really is the only democracy of the Middle East and the only country to respect human life in that volatile region of the world. While numerous Islamists stand in line to blow themselves up in the name of Allah, Netanyahu's cabinet stays up all night to figure out a way to negotiate for the life of ONE.
There are three guarantees from Gilad Shalit's imminent release:
1. A number of the released prisoners will soon be back on the street posing a real danger to Israeli soldiers AND citizens, again!
2. Kidnapping will most certainly be added to the list of successful methods that terrorist organization like Hamas and Al-Qaeda will use to fulfill their destructive agenda.

3. Israel's desire for justice and human rights will soon be forgotten in light of all the other lies propagated against her by the media, the liberals and Islamists.
Yet, in spite of all this, I rejoice with Gilad's parents, Noam and Aviva Shalit as well as the myriad of supporters and friends around the globe.
I am reminded of this passage of the Bible in Isaiah 63:7-9:
I shall make mention of the lovingkindnesses of the LORD, the praises of the LORD, According to all that the LORD has granted us, And the great goodness toward the house of Israel, Which He has granted them according to His compassion, And according to the multitude of His lovingkindnesses.

For He said, “Surely, they are My people, Sons who will not deal falsely.”So He became their Savior.

In all their affliction He was afflicted, And the angel of His presence saved them; In His love and in

His mercy He redeemed them; And He lifted them and carried them all the days of old.

May Gilad Shalit find his Messiah soon for a real release from bondage and for the real Shalom from God!

Chutzpah versus Sharia!!!

One February 2010, Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren was invited to lecture about US-Israel relations at UCI (University of California Irvine). Soon after he started, students started to stand and interrupt him shouting statements such as:" Michael Oren, propagating murder is not an expression of free speech". A total of 11 students stood up and yelled, 8 from UCI in Orange County, but also 3 from Riverside.
The students were speaking on cue, even using cards, in what clearly appeared to be a "rehearsed show".
The connection with the MSU (Muslim Student Union) shouldn't be missed, as they had denounced Oren's visit hours prior. The same MSU is responsible for organizing a yearly event in the Spring that has been known as Hate-Fest, when they invite anti-Israel speakers, many of them having ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and even the terrorist group Hamas.
UCI has the reputation of being the most virulent anti-Semitic campus in America, yet Michael Drake (UCI chancellor) has been quoted to say that there was no such problem on campus. To his credit, he decided to revoke the MSU charter for one year and put them on probation for another year. Thus they did not have the opportunity to organize their annual anti-Israel rallye in 2010. They quickly resumed in May of 2011 with another week of vitriolic diatribes while on probation. Well, we are back to freedom of speech I guess!
The anti-Israel rhetoric is nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing or anti-Semitism in disguise. That is of course if we agree that anti-Israel sentiment, as the lesser of two evils is indeed the "sheep", and this is hardly a fact!
Almost one year later, on February 4, 2011, the disrupting students were facing charges by the Orange County District Attorney. This was already a small victory against the poison of radical Islam and it certainly didn't go unnoticed by both Jewish and Muslim communities. This was small but worth mentioning in our politically correct self mutilating society. And yet, the verdict had not come out!
On September 23rd, the Santa Ana Court in Orange County, California made their final deliberation and to much surprise, found the students GUILTY. They were sentenced to community service and put on a three-year probation.
This is a great victory in the history of campus anti-Semitism. This creates a precedent that will for sure dictate how other universities will and should react to hate speech, anti-Semitism and xenophobia. It sends a message to those who go on spewing hatred, thinking that they will go unpunished.
This is one case where "Campus Intifada" has been defeated because there were enough outraged people within and without our legal system, and they were not afraid to speak up and defend the truth.
An anti-Semitic group attempted to propagate hate speech by misusing free speech but Judeo-Christian ethics prevailed over radical Islam lack of ethics.
Chutzpah prevailed over Sharia and may the momentum continue!

Anti-Semantic or anti-Semitic?

In our postmodern global community of political correctness, what happens in Europe has a tendency to quickly duplicate itself in America and it is usually not a contribution that would benefit our quickly atrophying Western civilization. This is the case for the latest French educational reform.

The new manuals used by the French educational system for the 2011-2012 school year, preparing last year high school students for their exit exam “Baccalaureat”, will look different this year. Adjustments are not necessarily bad and even needed at times, as, to reprise an old Dylan song: “ The times they are A-changin”. But there are words that are better left untouched. Words that have become part of history and thus have acquired a meaning that sets them apart from other words and even possibly from the original meaning applied to them.

One such word is the word Shoah!

While not widely used in the United-States, it has been the descriptive word in Europe and Israel for the Nazi Holocaust of World War II. The origin of the word is Hebraic and means “catastrophe”. Israel has even instituted a yearly memorial to the Holocaust known as “The Day of the Catastrophe” or Yom HaShoah.

Now France is having second thoughts about its usage in school manuals. Instead of using Shoah, French educational reformers prefer the term anneantissement, which more plainly means “annihilation” and is definitely more politically correct. This of course will require to rename the French “Memorial of the Shoah” to less offensive “Memorial of the Annihilation” or “Yom HaShoah” “The Day of the Annihilation”.

Reactions have been almost immediate in France, especially by the Jewish community and/or by key contributors and proponents of the perpetuation of the memory of the Shoah. One such man is writer and movie director Claude Lanzmann whose nine-and-a-half hour documentary film on the Holocaust, titled Shoah (1985), has been recognized as the foremost movie on the topic.

Lanzmann wrote a lengthy reaction article in French newspaper Le Monde, defending the word Shoah and expressing his disgust at those who want to diminish the unique tragedy of the Holocaust by changing its name. He claims that by using the word Shoah while himself not a Hebrew speaker, he felt that it was almost as if he was not naming the unnamable, as he couldn’t find any word worthy of properly carrying the meaning and perpetuating the legacy of the Holocaust.

History grabbed hold of the word and today, it belongs to an unchangeable family of unique foreign terms for unique events such as Perestroika, Glasnost or even Intifada. On that basis, Lanzmann cry for the preservation of the word is justified.

One of the excuses given by French officials is that the word Shoah, coming from the Bible, gives the event a religious and even emotional connotation more than a historical meaning. “History must be retold from a secular perspective” they claim.

Additionally, the French minister of Education Claude Chatel made a quick comeback by stating: “I have never been opposed to the use of the word ‘Shoah’ in our programs or manuals”, insisting that the word does appear in the new schoolbooks. And they do, kinda! But how they do is of the utmost importance.

In looking at how the Holocaust is reported in the new French History manuals. They now include a chapter titled: The Second World War: A war of Annihilation of Jews and Gypsies.

To be sure, we have no ground to deny or even belittle the treatment of Gypsies by the Germans during World War II, but even by their own admitting, the Gypsies never lived the same tragedy. As a matter of fact, no one can today report an exact number of Gypsy lives lost during the time of the Holocaust. Yet, one Gypsy life taken by the Nazis was still one too many, but I don’t think that there is any validity in equating the death of both Jews and the Gypsies under the same umbrella of the Holocaust. What is next: “Homosexuals, Jehovahs Witnesses, retarded people” why not? After all, they were all targeted by the Nazi race purification war machine, so they should rightfully be recognized as well!

Finally, while changing the intensity of the descriptive word for the Holocaust, and in most cases the very use of the word Shoah, the French educational system multicultural reformers have quietly added the word Nakbah, yet another foreign word from Arabic origin meaning, well you guessed it: “Catastrophe” and that is used by Palestinians every year on May 15 (one day after Israel Independence Day) to commemorate Yam an-Nakbah, or, yes you guessed it again: “The day of the Catastrophe” or the day of the rebirth of the State of Israel.

So is the problem with the awkwardness and/or religious meaning of the word Shoah or could it be one more, subtle attempt at delegitimizing Israel and the Jewish people.

If this is not a double standard, I don’t know what is! The fate of the Holocaust memory now lays in the hands of French schoolteachers, in a country that is 11% Muslim and growing. Once all the survivors are gone, and we are approaching that day rapidly, who will be left to tell the story. Who will be left to tell the truth?

Play Soccer and Kill the Jews!!!

One might ask what do soccer and Jew hatred have to do with each other? Nothing at first glance! Yet if you attend a soccer game in Europe, particularly in the Netherlands, you might hear fans shouting things like "Hamas, Hamas, Jews to the gas!" or even "horrible cancer Jews!"
Why in the world would such anti-Semitic slogans be delivered from the bleachers, during a soccer game? Is one team playing against the Israeli team? No! (not that it would justify the hatred anyway). Are some of the players Jewish? Not necessarily!
It appears that the team from Amsterdam known as Ajax had its fans refer to themselves as Jews years ago. Some claim that it has Jewish roots. Israeli flags are displayed at games, fans call themselves "Super Jews" and there was even a time when the song o f victory was "Hava Nagila". The Jewish connection, if it ever existed, is far into the past anyway. The fans have recently been encouraged to drop the Jewish themes, to no avail, as the picture below seems to indicate.

Personally, I think that this is a bit strange and out of place at a sport's event, but I cannot really complain when anybody chooses to identify themselves with my people in any positive way. It just happens so seldom!
My concern lies with the rival teams using anti-Semitic diatribes against Ajax and its fan base. To be sure, they are anti-Semitic in content NOT in context! But does that really matter? When is it EVER appropriate to shout back that Jews should be gassed or to make a hissing sound reminiscent of the sound of the gas flowing in Auschwitz corridors of death, during the game?
There is something inherently wrong going on here. While I can understand the mockery that goes on between two sides at a game, belittling the Holocaust will never be an appropriate approach in that context (or any context for that matter).
Would it be OK to shout "Go back to picking cotton" at an African American team or fan base? NO!
Would it be OK to shout " We bomb you again" at a Japanese team or fan base? NO! But not to worry, this would never happen anyway in our politically correct/ ethically crippled world! Do I detect a bit of a double standard here?
So, by the same principle, while it is unfortunate that the Ajax fans call themselves "Super Jews" the politically loaded statement of "Hamas, Hamas, Jews to the Gas" sends a message that goes much deeper into the Jewish psyche than a simple soccer game insult, and that is simply loathsome and wrong.
It is rooted in anti-Semitism and fueled by the modern acceptance that Jews around the world are a nuisance, thus it OK to denigrate and demonize them. Nobody seems to care anyway!
All over the world, my people tread on very thin ice already. Europe is increasingly becoming a continent where Jews are again NOT WELCOME. I think this goes to prove that the chameleon of hatred that is anti-Semitism can take many different colors but at the end of the day, it is the same beast!
I am reminded from God's word that all men are made in His image thus that all men are equal.

Boycott Israel if You Must, But Please be CONSISTENT!!!

The act of boycotting a product line, a person or anything else that goes against your own convictions is not new and in essence can be a very positive and rewarding decision. The principle is very simple: "I don't like what you say, do or represent, therefore I will not support it and stop financing it". It has a lot of merit, especially in a day and age where most people do not take any position for fear of being politically incorrect. Additionally, the ability to boycott is one of the advantages to living in a free country. I am all for it.
This being said, one must be absolutely sure of the reason why they do such a thing, and more often than not, we find boycotters caught up in the bias agenda of a political whirlwind that blinds them to the real issue at stake, if an issue at all.
Currently, some of the members of the Park Slope Co-op of Brooklyn, New York are considering a boycott of all Israeli products. This is not the first time that the Co-op takes a stand, and this won't be the last, but of course, I must ask the question: "Why stop at Israel?"
Israel isn't the only country that might make decisions that would go against one's convictions. What about China's undermining their own people's human rights?
Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, continues to receive the very damaging stigma of "human rights violator". Accused of occupying territories that actually are part of her geo-political AND most importantly biblical boundaries, accused of treating Palestinians like Nazis treated the Jews during the Holocaust and accused of putting racist policies into effect, Israel MUST BE STOPPED at any cost! says the media, says the liberal left, say the Co-op (at least in their desire to boycott).
The liberal agenda, driven by political correctness and multiculturalism is simply blinding the masses from the reality of the Middle East conflict, or is it?
Is it possible that liberals are covering their own eyes to the truth while listening to the lies of others about the "evil actions of the Zionists".
Is it possible that this attempted boycott of Israeli products is a result or at the very least related to antisemitism? I think it is, but before I am accused of painting myself in a corner as victim of hatred, let us reason for a moment about the meaning of "boycott"
As a matter of fact, if we must keep antisemitism out of the equation, and I am not sure we can, then we must be consistent in our boycott of Israel and stop using EVERYTHING that comes from or was invented by "the Evil State"!
TO BE CONSISTENT WITH YOUR CONVICTION, or in other words to HAVE INTEGRITY, consider refraining from the usage of the following items (or their by products) either invented or produced in Israel:
• The Cell Phone
• The USB Flash drive

• Instant Messaging

• Solar Water Heating

• Super Iron Battery

• Windows Software

• The DNA Computer

Not to mention the numerous defense, medicine, physics and agricultural inventions!

I am not bragging here, although as a Jewish man I could. I am simply trying to make a point and that is: "If you must boycott Israel, get your facts from reliable sources first, and then if you must, go ahead and boycott Israel, but please BE CONSISTENT!!!!"

Good luck finding a public phone in service, next time you need to make a call.

Integrity is rarely convenient but it certainly helps us sleep at night!

On September 11 of 2011, as the civilized global community will respectfully and solemnly mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy of the World Trade Center terrorist attack, some others will find nothing better to do than to congregate under the banner of DURBAN III.
DURBAN I (2001, Durban, South Africa) and DURBAN II (2009, Geneva, Switzerland) convened under the guise of "a global fight against racism". Keynote speakers included Fidel Castro, Yassir Arafat and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who all agreed on the fact that Israel was the worst culprit when it comes to racism. Actually, Ahmadinejad equated ZIONISM with RACISM.
A far cry from an unbiased conference on racism and human rights abuse, DURBAN I, II and soon III ( in New York) have the delegitimization and even demonization of Israel in common. (find out more on this site)
This is nothing new, as the enemy of the ONE who calls Israel "the apple of my eye" is trying to destroy God's chosen people. King Solomon said it best in Ecclesiastes 1:9:
That which has been is that which will be, and that which has been done is that which will be done. So, there is nothing new under the sun.
This not a political battle, this is not a sociological or cultural battle, this is a spiritual battle between the forces of evil and the God of Israel (and He wins at the end!). This is Antisemitism disguised in a false human rights cloak
No other country in the world and in the history of mankind as been more falsely accused and denigrated than Israel. The United Nations even passed a resolution in 1975 that also equated Zionism with Racism, only to rescind on it in 1991(what took them so long?). Zionism has been given a very bad reputation, it currently carries the stigma of intolerance and hatred as Israel is now portrayed as the "New Nazis" of the Middle east, the exact opposite of what it really is!

On September 22, 2011 (9/22/2011), and I cannot help but look at the date as another slap in the face of decent human beings, DURBAN III will convene and attempt to revive, solidify and legitimize the 2001 DURBAN I Declaration while delegitimizing Israel. Several countries have already stated that they wouldn't take part in DURBAN III ( Canada, Israel, United States, Czech Republic, Italy, The Netherlands and Australia). Hopefully many will follow suit.
This is an event that CANNOT be allowed to succeed. WE ALL NEED TO JOIN IN PRAYER!!! So I would like to offer a suggestion about this upcoming event to take place on 9/22/11.
Many will be able to be present in NEW YORK on 9/22/11 to protest, but many will not be there and that is why we need to pray.
We need as many believers as possible to pray for God's will and Israel's protection as DURBAN III takes place. WHY DON'T YOU COMMIT TO PRAY DAILY AT 9:22 AM OR PM FOR THE NEXT MONTH? It doesn't have to be long, but just genuine and heartfelt. We know that prayer works! (set-up a daily alarm on your phone today!)

In recent days, the Obama administration as requested that the Israeli government issue a public apology to the Turkish government over the flotilla incident of May 2010 when several ships sent from Turkey attempted to pierce through the Israeli Gaza security blockade.

Prime minister Netanyahu has- RIGHTFULLY SO- refused to apologize to Turkey, remarking that if anybody owed an apology, it was Turkey to Israel (article here).

It amazes me how the world continues to slap Israel in the face and accuse the Jewish nation of being the NUMBER ONE REASON why there is no peace in the middle East.

During the middle ages, popes, kings and nobles repeatedly committed the same crimes. Many attempts were made at ostracizing, de-humanizing and even destroying the Jews, while using Jewish property and wealth in the process. Some might wonder why I bring the middle Ages into all this?

Personally, I see great similarities between the forced apology for an act committed against Israel and the fact of having Jewish people finance their own demise.
We kill you but YOU pay for it!
We aggress you but YOU apologize!

In both cases it is a humiliating and antisemitic approach that I believe is only meant to further demonize the Jewish people and Israel.

I stand behind Benjamin Netanyahu for his decision not to apologize for an act NOT committed.

I wonder how much more the Obama administration needs to do to prove to the world that America
has finally turned its back on Israel?

The Bible states in Hebrews 10:31 that "it is a terrifying thing to fall int the hands of the living God".
It is also in the Bible, in the book of Genesis that we find God's foreign policy regarding Israel.

In Genesis 12:3 we are reminded of God's promise to Abraham and his descendants: "I will bless those who bless you and curse him who curses you".

DURBAN III: A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing!

   This September will mark the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy. It was 10 years ago when planes flew into the World Trade Center and changed both the New York architecture and the civilized world's psyche forever. It is undoubtedly going to be a difficult 10 year commemoration of the greatest terrorist attack on American soil. Yet, there is another event that will take place in New York City within days of the 9/11 ceremonies, and that is Durban III: World Conference Against Racism.

   At first glance, one should applause any attempt at people to organize against racism. I would wholeheartedly join such a movement, organization or event, provided it was an honest gathering resolved on fighting worldwide racism which includes antisemitism, islamophobia and other ethnic phobias.

   The problem is that Durban I and II made claims that they didn't deliver and everything so far about Durban III leads us to believe that the September event will be more of the same. Both Durban I in Durban, South Africa in 2001 and Durban II in Geneva, Switzerland in 2009 falsely appealed to the masses under the guise of fighting racism, but it quickly became apparent that their agenda was solely to demonize and delegitimize Israel and the Jewish people. It equated Zionism with Racism.

   Anne Bayefsky, Senior Editor of Eye on the UN, writes of the first Durban Conference of 2001:

"The Durban Conference provided rampant antisemitism with a global platform under UN auspices, in a conference allegedly against racism and xenophobia. It also revealed the malevolent antisemitism underlying the campaign to delegitimize the state of Israel."

   Later, of the Durban II Conference of 2009, she writes:
"Durban II, known officially as the Durban Review Conference, was held in Geneva in April 2009. It was headlined by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who saw the occasion as ideal for issuing another denial of the Holocaust and an endorsement of genocide against the Jewish state."

   Finally, regarding the upcoming Durban III , she adds:
"By virtue of a 2010 General Assembly resolution, the purpose of Durban III is to celebrate a world conference that reveled in anti-Semitism and to adopt a final declaration that reaffirms the original Durban Declaration (and Programme of Action). That’s the Declaration supposedly to combat racism, xenophobia and related intolerance but that somehow manages to charge just one of the 192 UN members with racism, namely, Israel."    Durban III will be nothing more than an insult in the face of the world community. It will be a slap in the face of the Jewish community and one more platform from which the dispensers of antisemitic vitriol such as Ahmadinejad and the likes will hold hands and continue to paint Israel as the New Nazis of the Middle East.
   Where are the civilized and educated citizens of the world? Why is such a conference still taking place? Is political correctness more important than the truth?

   I am encouraged by countries like the Czech Republic, Italy and Israel who will boycott Durban III. It appears that the USA also will boycott the Conference in New York in September but they will still attend a 10 year anniversary conference in Geneva (what's the point?).

   So, what can WE do? Well, there is going to be a gathering of people in New York at the time of the conference and I strongly recommend that those who can attend, become part of this protest.

We must apologize to JEWS and to DOGS!

After I wrote on Mr. Falk's awful entry in his personal blog about Israel, and today I feel it necessary to update my entry and further clarify why his apology was more of a disgrace than his original offense.

As I previously reported, on June 29, U.N. Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in the Palestinian Territories, Richard Falk posted a cartoon on his personal blog (see below)

The cartoon was from an Arabic site and clearly depicted America as an Israeli influenced dog wearing a yarmulke (skull cap) with a star of David and peeing on blind justice. When confronted by leaders of Jewish organizations like the ADL, Mr. Falk pulled the cartoon of his site and offered a half-baked apology and also said that his poor eyesight made him think that the yarmulke was a helmet!

I say half baked because in his own words, he said that he didn't think that the cartoon was antisemitic, and I quote:

"With apologies, I realize that the cartoon that originally appeared on my blog devoted to the arrest warrants for Qaddafi and two others issued by the ICC had strongly anti-Semitic symbolism that I had not detected before it was pointed out to me. I posted the cartoon to express my view that double standards pertained to the American and ICC approach to international criminal accountability. As soon as I was made aware of the anti-Semitic content of the cartoon I removed it from my blog, although initially I denied such a posting because I did not realize that it was anti-Semitic and was mistaken as to what was being referred to.

Additionally, Mr. Falk also apologized to animals, as if dogs and Jews had been mutually insulted by being compared to one another. So when I think about it, I don't know what is more antisemitic: the cartoon itself of the awkward apology to Jews and animals?
His pathetic attempt at backpedaling only succeeded in more embarrassment as he added:
"Beyond this, if we are to have a sustainable human future we must also make peace with nature, and treat animals with as much respect as possible...

Nazis used to compare Jews to vermin worthy of being crushed to death and Islamists describe Jews as pigs and apes. has Mr. Falk joined their ranks, at least philosophically, by implying that Jews and dogs were hurt in his comments. How ridiculous is that?

Mr. Falk (a Jew himself) is by his own admitting a strong critic of Israel's policies, comparing Israelis to the new Nazis of the middle east. He would most certainly agree with a cartoon from 2009 depicting Palestinians as the new victims of the "Israeli holocaust", a lie that the world is buying from Islamists and liberals alike.

So the question remains:" Is the U.N. so insensitive to Israel and the Jewish people that they don't even see the antisemitism in the cartoon that was published or are they so indoctrinated by liberal pro-Palestinians and so blinded by political correctness, that they really believe that Israel is the enemy?

One reassuring thing though, is that Israel is viewed with favor in God's eyes and if you ask me, God's view of Israel is what matters, and He has promised to never destroy her. So, I will side with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and love Israel and my people and I will do anything to expose the lies of those who hate "the apple of God's eye. May God have mercy on them and may they find peace in the Prince of Peace, Yeshua of Nazareth.

Jewish Antisemitism Not an Oxymoron!

Jewish antisemitism does exist but it is not from Zionism as Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss falsely claims.

Rabbi Weiss is a member of Neturei Karta International (official website), an organization of Jewish people who are opposed to Zionism and the modern State of Israel. He claims that Judaism and Zionism are not compatible and even that Zionism is the "greatest factory" causing antisemitism.

In a recent interview in the Tehran Times (article here) he even claims that there is no religious conflict between arabs and Jews.

Rabbi Weiss, and I am not even convinced that he deserves to be called a rabbi, is a disgrace to Judaism. He is a living oxymoron and he is fooling himself if he thinks that people like Ahmadinejad will always befriend him. The common enemy of Zionism (in their eyes) encourages and promotes their union today but Shari'a law tomorrow will certainly lead to his [Weiss] extermination.

WEISS IS THE ANTISEMITE!

What a shame! What a disgrace to Judaism! What a sad commentary on man's depravity!

Rabbi Weiss needs to find his Messiah in the person of Yeshua of Nazareth who died for all, including him like the prophet Isaiah said centuries ago in Isaiah 52:13-53:12.

Kosher Slaughter Banned in the Netherlands!!!

The Dutch Parliament just voted 116-30 in favor of a ban on both kosher (Jewish) and halal (Muslim) meat slaughtering without prior stunning of the animal. The bill still requires to be passed into a law and that probably won't happen until after summer. But there are some serious implication to this sudden restriction.(read more here).

For the muslim community, as difficult and crippling as it might be, it does not create a serious problem since animals can still be prepared according to halal laws after being stunned.

On the other hand, kosher laws are somewhat stricter and they don't allow for the stunning of the animals prior to being slaughtered.

This would force both community but especially the Jewish community to either import their kosher meat or stay away from meat altogether.

If the law passes, the Netherlands will become the second recent country after New Zealand to outlaw kosher and halal slaughtering. Switzerland, Scandinavian and Baltic countries have similar laws in effect that go back to pre WWII and are most likely based on anti-semitism.

As a matter of fact, the Dutch Jewish community is very concerned as they wonder what will be banned next...circumcision...Shabbat keeping?

It is even more frightening when we remember that the first law that Nazi Germany enacted against the Jewish people was the banning of Kosher meat preparation. Yes...It is too close for comfort within the Dutch Jewish community and this should be very alarming to Jews around the world as well as those who call themselves their friends.

The Jews continue to be used as the "Scapegoats of humanity", yet God who doesn't wish for any to perish (2 Peter 3:9), has place the Jews in the center of His plan for mankind. The ones God calls "the apple of my eye" in Zechariah 2:8 have a very special place in God's heart and should be recognized as such. Anybody messing with the Jewish people cannot call themselves a Christian (Psalm 83:1-5) and we must all remember that when it comes to hurting His chosen people (Isaiah 43:20), It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God (Hebrews 10:31).

Comic Book Anti-Semitism Not so Subtle!

At first, one could think that this story was taken straight out of last week Saturday Night Live line-up. It could almost be funny if it wasn't so blatantly antisemitic.

An aryan looking blond superhero with yellow cape and blue tights, named "Foreskin Man" is coming to the rescue of innocent babies being circumcised by evil looking "Monster Mohel".

The mohel (rabbi certified to perform circumcision) appears with claws, clutching scissors and taking pleasure in circumcising babies, depicted in an cultish set-up

There is nothing subtle about this. It is antisemitic on so many levels that one wonders if it wasn't taken straight out of Joseph Goebbel's archives of Nazi propaganda. The ADL rightfully said that the character "Monster Mohel" portrayed mohels as "rapacious, bloodthirsty and bent on harming children."

As if this wasn't enough, there is also another character depicted as a scalpel armed bloody brute helping the mohel in his torture of innocent children. His name is Dr. Mutilator.

This whole comic book project (book, cards and merchandise for sale on their website) was born out of a growing concern about child circumcision. There is a group in San Francisco (www.mgmbill.org) working on passing a law to ban male circumcision until the age of 18. While they have the right to express their disagreement regarding the practice of child circumcision, the antisemitic character assassination attached to the topic is boldly taking antisemitism back to the pre-Holocaust caustic levels.

What I find very interesting is that after reading the Bill proposed to the U.S. congress in January of 2011 (www.mgmbill.org/usmgmbill.htm) , I found absolutely no mention of Jews, Judaism or religious circumcision anywhere. The bill appears to be a generic attempt at stopping an act that the signers deem to be an unnecessary painful mutilation in general, so tell me why in the world do they ONLY use a rapacious, blood-thirsty and evil looking caricature of a rabbi to convey their message? And why do they add a religious theme to it?

Another question we must ask ourselves is this: "Why aren't muslims mentioned or used in the comic book since they practice circumcision as well?" How about "Evil Imam" as a character? Is the creator of the comic book afraid of repercussions from CAIR or the muslim community?

I am afraid that the reason why muslims are absent is too obvious, they are not the target.

It is clear that the target is not so much circumcision as it is the Jewish people.

Yet another attempt at demonizing the Jewish People in the eyes of the uneducated masses!

What is next, forbidding the manufacturing of Passover matzah because somebody has claimed that Christian blood was used in the process? Well, I wouldn't put it passed the liberals!

As our world is making its way through postmodernism, it seems that for the Jewish people, it is more like the middle ages all over again!

Albanian Muslims Saved Jews during the Holocaust

As I teach a weekly class on antisemitism, I am forced to study and research all the evil done to my Jewish people. At times it is almost unbearable, but somebody must teach on this topic. So, it is with great pleasure and encouragement that I read about Muslims saving Jews during the Holocaust.

There is an on going exhibit at the Los Angeles Museum of Tolerance title: BESA: Albanian Muslims who saved Jews during the Holocaust. It is a breath of fresh air in a day and age when the whole world and in particular Islam is turning against Israel and the Jewish People.

Muslims for Israel, Now Wait...Really?

As some of you might already have heard, there is a group from Great-Britain known as "British Muslims for Israel" whose director is Hasan Afzal. This group of muslims is also part of the Institute for Middle Eastern Democracy and they claim that global Islam's desire to eradicate Israel off the map is absolutely ludicrous.

They do not appear to hold to the view of Israel being a Jewish Land granted by God to the Jewish people, but they offer quite a departure from the vitriolic anti-Jewish propaganda usually dispensed by muslims the world around.

These people are an encouragement to the world and should also be encouraged for the stand they are taking to support Israel. They are quickly becoming enemies within their own ranks.

Like the writer of the article says: "They also offer a ray of hope for the future. They show that there are Muslims who pass that key civilisational litmus test with flying colours."

How Long Must One Lie for it to Become the Truth?

After several years without bombings of the sort, Jerusalem was again the victim of a suicide/homicide bombing on Wednesday March 23rd, 2011. Such bombings are unfortunately no longer surprising while they always are devastating. 30 people were hurt and one died so far.

As terrible as the bombing was, the reporting by Reuters was equally devastating. Through its biased news network, Reuters was quoted to say: " Police said it was a "terrorist attack" -- Israel's term for a Palestinian strike. It was the first time Jerusalem had been hit by such a bomb since 2004." (read the whole article here) .

What else should we call it then?

Palestinian disagreement? Militant self-defense? an unfortunate explosion?

CALL IT WHAT IT IS: A TERRORIST ACT AGAINST ISRAEL

If you tell a lie long enough, eventually people are bound to believe it is the truth. Hitler was very successful using this method, as he eventually got most of Germany and other European countries to believe that Jews were sub-human vermin not worthy of life.

Reuters should be ashamed of themselves as they are using their platform to disguise their own brand of anti-semitism and present it as international news.

It's Never Too Late to Speak the Truth!!!

Today, January 27, 2011 is Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD) around the world. The United Nations declared this an International event in November 2005. The date was selected because it was on this date in 1945 that the death camp Auschwitz-Birkenau was liberated.

As I remember my own grandfather Maurice Weinzveig who perished there and as I reflect on my recent trip to Krakow, Poland, I am reminded that mankind has an obligation to perpetuate the memory of the Shoah (Holocaust). Be it for six million or just for one, all the innocent victims must be remembered as the world vows to "NEVER AGAIN" let a catastrophe of that kind happen again.

Unfortunately, Holocaust denial, revisionism and antisemitism militate vehemently in the opposite direction. The Jewish People are again quickly becoming the scapegoats of humanity.

This why I rejoice when I find out about the project spearheaded by the UNESCO in France. This educational and cultural project is organized to invite people from around the world to educate themselves about the Shoah and to put to rest the erroneous notion that the Holocaust never happened. Many muslims are invited to participate in an effort to curb their false understanding of the darkest event in mankind.

I rejoice at how France is being pro-active about this and my prayer is for many countries to join, especially in Europe. (full article from Haaretz here)

I never cease to be amazed at the creativity of hatred displayed by anti-semites around the world.

It would be laughable if only their fabricated stories were brushed off by all of us. Unfortunately, out of a desire to ostracize the Jewish People at worst or out of blatant ignorance at best, most people don't have a clue about the veracity of the stories told.

So here comes the new kid on the block:

According to the Iranian government (obviously not a source of unbiased news about Jewish People), Mordecai (Esther's uncle in the Bible) is responsible for the massacre of over 70,000 Iraniens starting with Haman and his 10 sons. Even though God is not mentioned in the Book of Esther, He is definitely working behind the scenes and He did sanction the hanging of Haman on the gallows that he (Haman) built for Mordecai ( read the Bible passage for yourself here)

In December 2010, students in Iran threatened to destroy a couple of Jewish monuments in retaliation for the alleged "infringements" on the al-Aqusa mosque in Jerusalem. (read article here).

This is not the first time nor will it be the last one that revisionists go to great lengths and twist history, or just simply re-write it. The most notorious hoax of history against the Jews is still known today as "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion". It is still being published as truth by some neo-nazi fringe groups and in most of the middle east countries.

How Close Are We?

The Bible promises us that in the end days, Jewish people from all over the world will all be reunited before the Second Coming of Yeshua the Messiah (Zec 12:10, 13:9, Matt. 23:31-39). This return of the Jewish people (mostly in unbelief) has already started with a major wave of Jews from the former Soviet Union...and it continues.

I often wondered why Jewish people from around the globe would all want to return to Eretz Yisrael. After all, much of our people have undergone a great secularization and/or assimilation into the societies and countries in which they immigrated. Many of us were born outside of Israel and can only slightly relate to the Land.

Lately, I have been forced to revise my view about the return of all Jews to Israel and thus the importance of keeping Israel a Jewish State as well as the only democracy in the middle east.

JEWS WILL INCREASINGLY RETURN TO THE LAND OF ISRAEL BECAUSE OF WORLDWIDE ANTISEMITISM.

Some countries of Europe are currently making it very difficult for Jewish people to live peacefully. Islam continues to infiltrate every level of our modern Western civilization: Government, Education, Religion all at local, national and global levels.

Our postmodern world invites a dialogue of detente and tolerance with all, a politically correct dialogue of peace.

ISLAM ON THE OTHER HAND TURNS A DIALOGUE OF PEACE INTO A MONOLOGUE OF HATRED!

To be sure, not all Muslims are terrorists just like not all Germans were Nazis. Nevertheless, the systematic brainwashing of Muslims vis-a vis Israel and the Jewish people can only lead to a greater desire to eradicate all Jews from the planet.

Local governments often do their parts to help in the ostracizing of our people, all of course in the name of multiculturalism and tolerance.

What I know is that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob promised the world that He would never destroy Israel (Jeremiah 31:35-37)

I also know that God doesn't want for anyone to perish but the Bible is clear that all (and He includes Muslim, Jews and everybody else) must put their trust in the death and resurrection of Yeshua of Nazareth (Jesus) for their sins. This decision to trust Yeshua is the only way for anyone to secure an eternity in God's presence. The alternative is too HOT to handle!

One Step Forward, Two-Hundred Steps Backwards!

In a recent synod (a council to discuss Church matters), the Catholic Church decided that the Promised Land no longer belong to the Jewish people and that the promises made to the Chosen People to the children of Israel had been invalidated by the coming of the Yeshua the Messiah.

The Catholic Church's position on Israel's right to the Land has always been grey at best, while the Bible is black and white. Consider these biblical facts:

• The Land belongs to the creator (Lev. 25:23)

• The Land was given by the creator to the descendants of Abraham (Gen. 12:7)

• The Land was given unconditionally through a Covenant (Gen. 17:7-8)

• The Land was given by the creator to the descendants of Isaac (Gen. 17:19)

• The Land was given by the creator to the descendants of Jacob (Gen. 28)

• The Land promise is as certain as the order of the universe (Jer. 31:35-37)

• The Land's name is Israel not Palestine (Eze. 37:11-12)

• The Land will see real peace only when the Messiah returns (Eze 39:25-29)

In recent years, we have seen some efforts from the Catholic Church in trying to mend the relations between Catholics and Jews.

One thing needs to be clear though, some Catholics are followers of Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) or "Christians" as we may say, but not all Catholics have a personal relationship with the Creator through the death and resurrection of His Son Yeshua.

Catholic Replacement Theology claiming that God's promises to Israel are now directly given to the Church is prevalent, yet we shouldn't see it as "all Christians being antisemitic".

Islamophobia or Islamomania?

The fight for the Ground Zero mosque continues. Muslims all over America claim that Islamophobia is responsible for for the many road blocks that the project has seen so far. the "Park51" project was renamed to alleviate criticism about the more arrogant original name "Cordoba Project". The mosque has a very good chance of being built no matter what the American voice is on the matter. Today 70% of American oppose the mosque. They don't oppose it because it is a mosque, they don't oppose it because of Islamophobia, but they simply oppose it because of its proximity to Ground Zero, a sacred ground in the American Psyche of the 21st century.

Islamophobia is nothing but an Islamist propaganda to victimize muslims while they continue to infiltrate all levels of our government, schools and private sector.

Sure there are people who hate muslims in America. Hatred and racism will always exist and should always be fought in the name of freedom and because God created us ALL in His image.

An Islamic Center Near NY Ground Zero!

It has been in the news for a few weeks now. There is an attempt at building a huge Islamic center two blocks from Ground-Zero where the 9/11 tragedy unfolded. While the proponents of the center claim that it is nothing but a moderate muslim attempt at building bridges, many feel that the choice for the location is "too close for comfort"

I am one of those who thinks that the building of the center (including a mosque) would be a slap in the face of the victims and survivors of 9/11.

I have said it before and I need to reiterate it: Not all muslims are terrorists just like not all Germans were nazis. But please, have a little sensitivity to the issue at stake here!

Not that we want to, but could we build a synagogue in Saudi Arabia? No!

Could we build a Christian church with a cross on its roof in Bahrain? No!

Are tolerance, multi-culturalism and political correctness one way streets? I don't think so, but it so appears that Islam is using our very laws and cultural flexibility to continue their subtle (not so subtle anymore) invasion. This is cultural Jihad at its best.

In the meantime, kosher restaurants are getting swastikas painted on their walls in Paris and a French Jewish cemetery was defaced. But who cares, right!? It's far enough that we don't have to be concerned.

Are we soon to see a Hitler memorial in the middle of Auschwitz?

Well, using this logic, I don't see why not!

A few weeks ago, the world turned its attention on a humanitarian shipment en route to Gaza. The Israeli Defense Force had just "Descended" on the ship to viciously attack its passengers who were coming from Turkey with humanitarian aid and peace at heart. Sounds good? Maybe not, but it sure echos what the liberals and anti-Israel activists (is there a difference) are saying.

As much as the antisemites of the world want to vilify Israel and demonize the Jewish people worldwide, the truth is that the IDF was not seeking violence and that the "Peace Activists" were not so peaceful!

Now that the dust has somewhat settled, the world has readjusted their vision and Israel doesn't appear to be so cruely guilty after all. Don't expect an apology from anybody though!

In the meantime, a few people are bold enough to speak the truth and they need to be acknowledged.

One of these men is Indiana Congressman Mike Pence who in a recent speech, said it like it is and I applaud him for that.

It's all over the news...Israel is the bad guy again for hindering "Humanitarian aid to Gaza".

The flotilla from Turkey did indeed carry much needed aid for Gaza. But what appears to have been an Israeli violent attack was really a reaction to a mobbing of the IDF soldiers who had descended onto the largest ship of the flotilla, S.S Mavi Mamari.

WOW! try to tell a joke like this about Muslims and you get street riots and embassy protests around the world. Do it on African Americans and Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson hold hands, marching on the streets and protesting against racism. Do it on the Jewish people....and it;s a funny joke...This reminds me of the greedy Jewish merchant Shylock depicted in William Shaekaspere's "The Merchant of Venice". (see illustration below)

The Erosion of "The Day of Prayer"

May 6th, 2010 will be the next "National Day of Prayer". Prayer for and by our government is a tradition that goes back 200 years. But recently, there has been a shift that appears to slowly ostracize Bible believers and followers of Yeshua (Jesus of Nazareth).

Reverend Franklin Graham was to lead the ceremony at the Pentagon next week but because of previous statements he had made about Islam, he has been "disinvited".

Amongst other statements, Graham has said: "I love the people of Islam but their religion, I do not agree with their religion at all. And if you look at what the religion does just to women, women alone, it is just horrid. And so yes, I speak out for women. I speak out for people that live under Islam, that are enslaved by Islam and I want them to know that they can be free,"

Frankly, there is nothing abrasive or racist about that statement. It simply brings up the fact that Islam, according to the teaching of the Koran, is not a religion of peace.

The Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) immediately called for supporters to petition the Pentagon to drop Graham from the event.

Last night was the preview of a great movie by Jewish Director Robert Satloff, entitled: AMONG THE RIGHTEOUS: Lost Stories of the Holocaust In Arab Lands. The premiere screening of this important documentary was done at the beautiful Los Angeles Museum of Tolerance. This movie will be shown on PBS on April 12, 2010. DON'T MISS IT!!!!!!!!

What an Embarassment for University of California Irvine

This week saw the visit of Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren in southern California.

One event unfortunately made the news because of its disruptive aspect.

When Michael Oren came to UCI to speak, students from what appears to be the Muslim Student Union of UCI, one by one stood up and shouted protests at the speaker.

While UCI officials showed outrage, the hatred demonstrated during that event continues to militate against Islam being a "religion of Peace" the video is a must watch for those of us continuing to educate ourselves against the vitriol of antisemitism.

Menorah Down, Cross Up!!!

Back in Chisiniau, Moldova (south eastern Europe, between Romania and Ukraine) on December 14, the hideous beast of antisemitism showed its claws again as a Hanukkah menorah was taken down publicly and replaced by a cross while a Christian Orthodox Priest chanted "We are an orthodox country. Stephan the Great defended our country from all kinds of kikes, and now they come and put their menorah here, this is anarchy." (read full article on Jerusalem Post here)

The video shows the acts, and even though there doesn't seem to be any violence demonstrated by the people, the message is clear that once again "Jews are not wanted there".

Neither the Moldavian government of the Orthodox Church (70% of Moldavians) have made any public apology for the antisemitic acts perpetrated against my people.

I am a follower of the Jewish Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) who died for my sins and rose again.

This time of year, I celebrate His birth and the fact that He was the Light of the World and that even He celebrated Hanukkah (see John 10:22-23)

At that time the Feast of the Dedication took place at Jerusalem; it was winter,and Yeshua was walking in the temple in the portico of Solomon.

I am very grateful that Yeshua died for me, and for you but I am increasingly uncomfortable calling myself a Christian. How can I call myself a Christian, as a follower of Yeshua and be an effective witness to my people.Christians are supposed to make my people jealous as we read in Paul's epistle to the Romans

I say then, they did not stumble so as to fall, did they? May it never be! But by their transgression salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make them jealous.

It looks to me like much of the Orthodox Christian leaders need to spend more time in God's Word and less time tearing down menorahs.

Biblically speaking, an antisemitic Christian is a contradiction in terms (Psalm 83:1-5), because if you hate the Jewish people, the Bible says that you hate the God of the Jewish people, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.... the God of the Christians. Go figure!

Switzerland bans Minarets, Europe Notices!!!

Last week brought an interesting vote out of Switzerland. There was a referendum to ban further construction of mosque's minarets (high towers). The margin in favor of the ban was very small –57.5 to 42.5–nevertheless, it passed.

The outcome is not likely to be of great architectural consequences in Switzerland or elsewhere in Europe. Daniel Pipes, a columnist on FrontPageMag.com, writes an interesting article about the event, in which he claims that the vote, as insignificant in its direct consequences to minaret building, means that Europe might be waking up to the threat of Islam taking over.

It will be interesting to see what Europe will do in light of Switzerland outcry.

Some European countries had their own polls and the results showed that they appeared to be in favor of the ban, as the article continues to state:

France: 49,000 readers at Le Figaro, by a 73-27 percent margin, would vote to ban new minarets in their country. 24,000 readers at L'Express agreed by an 86-12 percent margin, with 2 percent undecided. A leading columnist, Ivan Rioufol of Le Figaro, wrote an article titled “Homage to the Resistance of the Swiss People.” President Nicolas Sarkozy was quoted as saying that “the people, in Switzerland as in France, don’t want their country to change, that it be denatured. They want to keep their identity.”

Germany: 29.000 readers at Der Spiegel voted 76-21 percent, with 2 percent undecided, to ban minarets in Germany. 17,000 readers of Die Welt voted 82-16 in favor of “Yes, I feel cramped by minarets” over “No, freedom of religion is constrained.”

Spain: 14,000 readers of 20 Minutos voted 93-6 percent in favor of the statement “Good, we must curb Islamization’s growing presence” and against “Bad, it is an obstacle to the integration of immigrants.” 35,000 readers of El Mondo replied 80-20 percent that they support a Swiss-like banning of minarets.

Anti-Israel Hackers Were the Culprit!!!!

Just a few days ago, I warned my readers that a Facebook cause had changed from Pro-Israel to Anti-Israel almost unnoticed. It was unbelievably scary. I immediately left the site and advised my readers and friends to follow suit. I even exposed some of the cartoons and photos that the site was then promoting. (see post dated Nov, 23 and titled: Some Changes are not so Subtle).

As it turns out, the site was never changed but for a few days it was taken over by hackers for the sole purpose of feeding Facebook with their anti-Jewish vitriol. The site is now repaired and back to normal. Let's keep watching and informing one another of changes that could affect us.

Some Changes Are Not So Subtle!!!

Facebook offers many causes one can join to show support for Israel and the Jewish people. I usually don't join too many but recently I had decided to do so. Many of my friends also had joined over time. The cause was known as "President Obama - Stop Pressuring Israel Into A 2 State Solution". I thought that it was a worthy cause, and so did many people.

Last thursday, I received a Facebook notification regarding that cause that I had joined a few months ago, telling me that it had been renamed from: "President Obama - Stop Pressuring Israel Into A 2 State Solution" to "President Obama - Pressure Israel Into A 2 State Solution".

Quite a shift if you ask me. In fact, this is a 180 degree turn. This cause has now become the opposite of what I believe and fight for. According to their own description, this is who they are:

This group is to show President Obama and the American government that we support pressure on Israel to give the land back to its original people. The land belongs to the Palestinian people, from all religions, by Biblical, Moral, and Historical rights.

It is the American President's place to put pressure on Israel to end its terror and occupation. It is an American interest to fight terrorism, not reward it with new countries at the expense of America's allies - any concessions are seen as a weakness and will make our enemies attack us even more.

America must accept that it is either unconditional peace for peace - not land for peace, and those who refuse peace and continue to attack America and its allies should be dealt with as severely as possible.

WE WANT PEACE! ENOUGH WITH THE ZIONIST TERROR AND OCCUPATION! NO MORE WARS! NO MORE KILLIN! NO MORE OCCUPATION! NO MORE TERROR! NO MORE APARTHEID WALL! NO MORE RACISM!

In conclusion, to pick-up on one of their sub-themes "God loves everyone", I would like to reiterate that God IS love and He is no willing that anyone would perish. God doesn't care if you are American, Palestinian or Israeli. God cares if you love Him, because if you love HIM, you cannot help but love all. Not the Way We Want to Remember Kristallnacht!

It was seventy-one years ago yesterday when Nazi Germany orchestrated one of the most destructive campaign on Jewish people and property. In November of 1938,triggered by the assassination of German diplomat Ernst Vom Rath by Herschel Grynszpan, a German-born Polish Jew, Kristallnacht was unleashed .

As a result, almost 100 Jewish people were murdered and close to 30,000 were arrested and placed in camps. 267 synagogues were destroyed and thousands of homes and businesses were ransacked.

Kristallnacht or "The Night of Broken Glass" was also the pretext for Nazi Germany to propel their morbid "final solution to the Jewish question" to the forefront. The death machine was put in motion, and for the next seven years, as history tells us, very little could stop it.

The events that took place over seven decades ago are burned on the Jewish psyche like the branding iron of anti-Semitism. It is a painful reminder to my people, each year in November to recall how they were lowered to a sub-human level by the Nazi death factories. We do remember, but we wish to quickly move on to resume our daily activities.

Unfortunately, we still have to be reminded about the horrors of the Holocaust and Kristallnacht by ways that are so despicable that they are difficult for me to even report.

But the hatred of anti-Semitism is still raging as we just found out with the events that took place in the Sacramento area last tuesday. A synagogue was vandalized with Nazi symbols painted on walls and windows as well as some bushes burned. (Full story here).

The depravity of the human race is such that we still see events like this take place not only in California but all over the United -States and the rest of the world. But there is a way to avoid these dreadful events. There is away for mankind to be redeemed and to love its neighbors.

His name is Yeshua (Jesus) and He came 2000 years ago to die for mankind's sins. For yours, for mine, for those of the people who hate Jewish people.....for ALL.

We must simply put our trust in His death and resurrection for our sins to be forgiven and have eternal life. Once we do such a thing, the Spirit of God will live in us, we will be changed and only then will we get along as brothers and sisters in Messiah Yeshua.

I know...It sounds like such a utopian approach to life, but really, it is just the Biblical approach to life, and at the end of the day, that is the only approach that matters.

Is Anti-Semitism on the decrease in America?

According to a recent poll in October 2009 by the Anti-Defamation League, anti-Semitism is at its lowest in America since 1964. from a high of 29% in 1964 it has fluctuated up and down to only 12% in October of 2009. In a sense, this is a victory, but no matter which way you look at it this still means that there are about 30 million people in the United States that are anti-Semitic. This is still too many by any standards.

Those numbers make me feel very uneasy. They are very similar to the numbers given about the radical Muslims of the world. My research recently led to me to the fact that only 10% of all Muslims are radical Muslims. This was presented as a positive outcome, when in reality 10% of all Muslims represent 150 million people since there are 1.5 billion Muslims in the world.

So, no matter which way we look at it, there are still too many anti-Semitic people in the world as well as to many radical Muslims in the world.

Anti-Semitism In Our Backyard!!!!

Sometimes one doesn't have to go very far to experience the vitriolic effects of anti-semitism. The University of California Irvine (UCI) that hosts up to 30,000 students has for several years been the breeding ground for many anti-semitic discourses against Israel and the Jewish people. I can surely appreciate the fact that we in America benefit from Freedom of Speech, but how far will we let that go and how "tolerant" do we need to be.In my research of over a decade, I have come to the realization that tolerance to Islam and to some extent, "radical Islam" (see Newsweek issue, March 9, 2009), has always been a one way street. Actually, tolerance in the name of multiculturalism isn't even a one-way street, it is pushing Americans slowly but surely towards the back of a cul-de-sac. We "Freedom Loving Americans" are loosing ground daily.

UCI organizes a yearly event on their campus where Muslims such as Amir Abdel Malik Ali (link) and Islam supporting personalities are invited to speak on topic such as: "Israel:The Politics of Genocide", stating that Zionists are the

"New Nazis" or the "Party of Satan".

The poster for this year's event speaks loudly of the hatred for and lies about Israel.

Israel is once again portrayed as the agressor, murdering innocent, harmless and weaponless Palestinian children.

The UCI Mulsim student union seems to be sponsoring an event full of hate.

Maybe the evangelical students should hold hands with the Jewish Student Union, after all, true Bible believing Christians might be the only friends Israel has left?

They should join forces and promote "Love Week". A weeklong event promoting the Judeo-Christian ethics of loving our neighbors.

Heck, they might even meditate on Matthew 5:43-44 and promote the love of and prayer for our enemies.

Yeshua (Jesus) came to die for the whole world, including Muslims.

You might think that I live in a dream world, but I strongly believe that the only way for Muslims, Christians and Jews to get along, is for all of them to recognize that they fall short of God's Glory (Ecclesiastes 7:20, Rom 8:23), repent and invite Yeshua to become their Lord and Savior.

Then, and only then, with Yeshua in the center and focusing on His glory and not our shortcomings as sinners, will we get along.

YESHUA IS THE ONLY ANSWER!!!

A Battle Won, A War Still Being Fought!

I am pleased to report that the Egyptian culture minister Faruq Hosni was defeated 27/31 yesterday at the UNESCO second vote for their new Director General. Bulgarian diplomat Irina Bokova was elected instead. Somehow, the people listened to the concerns, complaints and petitions against Mr. Hosni and his anti-Semitic stance.

Mr. Hosni was apparently unjustly accused of anti-Semitism and had personally apologized to some Jewish leaders, including French Holocaust researcher Serge Karlsfeld, about his vitriolic remarks.

I find it interesting that the minute he lost the vote, he blamed the whole defeat on a worldwide "Jewish Conspiracy" based in New York. (read more here). Hmmmmm!? looks to me like it is a good thing that he did not get in after all!

A small battle was won with Mr. Hosni's defeat, while a larger one is about to take place in our nation's capital.

Tomorrow, Friday September 25 will be a very special day for Muslims in America as an estimated 50,000 of them will gather in Washington D.C. on Capitol Hill for "Jummah Prayer (Friday prayer) on Capitol Hill.

This event is advertised on a special website at www.islamoncapitolhill.com as a peaceful prayer gathering of Muslim as per their site:

We have seen many groups, religious or not, gather in our nation's capital for various reasons. that, in and of itself, is the beauty of the freedom we have in our great country.

Why is this gathering any different?

Well, I cannot say for sure if the agenda will be different from what is advertised on the website, but a little research on the two imams who will be reciting the prayers from the Qur'an, will uncover quite a different story that the one they listed on their credentials.

Note their motto: OUR TIME HAS COME!

PEACEFUL RELIGION?....NOT SO FAST!!!!

Sheikh Ahmed Dewidar, one of the two leaders for the event , is advertised as standing shoulder to shoulder with President George W.

Bush at Ground Zero after the events of 9/11. In an interview, the same man also claimed that " The Jews" were responsible for the events of 9/11

Additionally, Mr. Dewidar was also quoted on TV saying that one day the white house would be a muslim house.

The other Imam, Muhammad Al Hussayn Jebril, has some connections with a Carolina mosque harboring Jihadists.

It remains to be seen what exactly will come from this Muslim gathering. I have serious doubts about any positive, tolerant and loving outcome when I see the leadership involved. Additionally, a careful study of their website's logo shows a page of the Qur'an juxtaposed next to our constitution. Is it me, or the right side (Muslim page) is slightly wider than the left side (US constitution)?

This being said, tomorrow is the ideal setting for the followers of Yeshua (Jesus) to take time in their day (around noon EST), and pray for the many Muslims gathering on Capitol Hill. Pray that they would supernaturally meet Yeshua. Pray that they would renounce Islam and the false and hateful teachings of the Qur'an.

PRAY, PRAY, PRAY but don't forget to LOVE!

New UNESCO Director General a Muslim?

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is an agency of the United Nations that was established in 1945. It strives to contribute to peace and security by advancing international collaboration through education, science and culture. It also claims to promote justice, human rights and fundamental freedoms as proclaimed in the United Nations Charter.

UNESCO (based in Paris, France) is currently seeking a new Director General to replace Mr Koïchiro Matsuura who will end his second term in November 2009. UNESCO Executive Board will vote the new Director General in from a list of nine candidates.

The leading candidate is Egypt Culture Minister Faruq Hosni. While he fell short of the 30 votes needed to be elected, he is still considered the most likely next Director General. There is a great concern by world citizens who adhere to the values proclaimed and hopefully upheld by UNESCO. A final vote will be held shortly with results in October 2009.

Mr. Faruq Hosni has a history of rejecting cultural relations with Israel and he was once a proponent of Hebrew book burning in Egyptian libraries.

He is said to have apologized about his biased censorship in the name of Islam. He also claims that he is not an anti-Semite since he restored all the synagogues in Egypt.

The water is muddy at best. Mr Hosni might have changed his stance on book burning - a good move if you want to be the next UNESCO Director General - but he remains a Muslim. What do I mean by that?

While not all Muslims are terrorists and not all Muslims hate Israel and the Jewish people, I see Mr Hosni's appointment as one more step towards Global Muslim control. He himself might or might not be a practicing Muslim. He might even call himself a "moderate Muslim" (no such thing in my book). The reality is that with a Muslim at the head of an organization created to promote education, science and culture, the future of our free world seems again a little shakier.

Eight years ago, lives were lost, buildings leveled and enemies made. Western civilization will never be the same. Just as we can divide Jewish History using the Holocaust as a marker, I believe that we should divide American History using the events of 9/11 as a marker.

As the 9/11 deniers and conspiracy theorists have come and gone and will continue to clutter the scene with their warped agendas, WE MUST ALWAYS REMEMBER THE FACTS.

I often feel like Americans have returned to the pre 9/11 state of affairs in their own lives. Yes we need to move on, yes we need to build up, and yes we need to forgive...BUT WE CANNOT FORGET.

Our country is obsessed with political correctness and multiculturalism to the point of ignoring any existing danger and/or potential ones.

I need to forgive because Yeshua (Jesus) who lives in me and guides my days, did forgive. We need to love because we are His disciples and He is the epitome of love. But we must gird ourselves with common sense as we share the love of Messiah with others.

Today is the eighth anniversary of the day that changed Western Civilization forever. Let's not fool ourselves, we have been and will be at war for a very long time since September 11, 2001. This is a different kind of war. Not a war on terror, not a war against Iran or Afghanistan but a war against radical Islam.

Months ago, I discovered a movie that I have since highly recommended to many. I invite all of you who care to be educated and want to make a difference, to watch the movie titled "The Third Jihad" for free on their website for the next 5 days in memory of 9/11.

This movie is a sobering reality check that too many Americans wish would disappear if they could only ignore it long enough.

Doing Good for Goodness Sake!

As much as I see it as my obligation to educate, expose and call to action all those who oppose anti-Semitism, I occasionally feel depleted of the words to use to describe how far the world has gone in its attempt at demonizing Israel and the Jewish people.

That is usually when the Lord in its infinite kindness, directs me to some article where man's kindness is demonstrated. Just in time for me to regain a little hope in mankind. Stories like the following keep me going in my task to tell all about the hatred of my people, because once in a while, against the flow of humanity's hatred for Israel, someone comes and extends a hand of compassion.

British subject Nicholas Winton was such a man in the summer of 1939 when he just about single handedly rescued 669 Jewish children for most certain destruction in Auschwitz and other camps.

His story as reported in HaAretz is a beautiful and simple story of compassion and love for mankind. As a matter of fact, as it appears, he never even told his wife about his heroic endeavour until 50 years later when she found records of the event in their attic.

Winton considered the rescue project so natural that he never bothered to mention it, even to his wife Grete. His activity came to light only 50 years later, when she was looking for something in the attic of their home and found an old suitcase with a scrapbook from the war years that included a list of the 669 rescued children.

Ture heroism often goes unnoticed. Sir Nicholas Winton (knighted by the Queen in 2002) will be 100 this year. The article goes on to wonder if he will be the next recipient of the Nobel Prize.

I have long lost my respect for the Nobel Prize Organization since they handed the Nobel Peace Prize to Yasser Arafat in 1994. My prayer is that they would redeem themselves and make Sir Nicholas Winton the next laureate, recognizing a decent man who did good...simply for goodness sake!

HATRED BREEDS HATRED: WHO'S BETTER NOW!?

Two recent events have prompted me to write this article as I always seek to educate those around me (physically and virtually).

I constantly have to remind myself that in the process of exposing the vitriolic lies spread by anti-semitism and greatly through radical Islam, I am always a stone's throw from hating back those who hate us. It has been a personal battle of mine to live Matthew 5:44 daily:

“But I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you"

It is so much easier to get on my "holier than thou" soap box and point the finger at the enemy(ies), but we MUST resist the temptation and respond to hate with love, the love of Yeshua the Messiah that is!

If we claim that we have the truth and that God lives in us, if we claim that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is LOVE, then we'd better show that love to those we know are lost and without it.

The question is: "Are we showing the love of Yeshua?"

In the case of a Florida church, I am not convinced that their approach to Islam is building rather than burning bridges. The fact is, few if any real bridges exist between Christians and Muslims.

Apparently, the church put up a sign on their property saying "Islam is of the Devil". Additionally, they printed the same message on T-shirts that some of their congregants started to wear, including in school. The result was that the kids were sent home for "breech of dress code".( read full article here)

It looks to me that some people are stuck in Matthew 5:43 “ You have heard that it was said, ‘ YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR, and hate your enemy.’ and didn't read 5:44 “But I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you".

Responding to hate with more hate is the opposite of what Yeshua told his followers to do. It looks to me like some of us believers in Yeshua need to take a closer look at His Word.

On another note but on the same topic, there is a new movie directed by Quentin Tarantino and starring Brad Pitt, titled "Inglorious Basterds". I must confess that I have not seen and have no intention to see the movie. But after talking to people who did and reading reviews, it appears that the movie focuses on "killing Germans" as some sort of revenge. This can only generate more anti-semitism as it will fuel the hatred that the world already has against Israel and the Jewish people.

I lost my own grandfather in Auschwitz after he was taken by the Gestapo from the home where his daughter (my mom) still lives in, near Paris. I guess I have a good reason to hate the Germans. My mother even more so,as they took her dad in front of her eyes when she was only 14.

But Yeshua changed me 26 years ago when I invited him to become My Messiah, My Lord and Savior. He loved me enough to die for me, I love Him enough to live for Him and if to live foHim means to love my enemies and pray for them.....

SO BE IT.

The New Anti-Semitism Knows no Boundaries

The World Archaeological Congress (WAC), is currently meeting in Ramallah and has decided to exclude Israel from its list of attendees. They did not invite the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) even though some recent archeological work has been conducted in Jerusalem.

I find it very revealing that the title of the conference is: "Overcoming Structural Violence". As it appears, Archeology has gone into politics. But of course that would only be as it pertains to Israel. There continues to be a vicious double standard when dealing with Israel all throughout the world and increasingly in all fields as we are just witnessing.

I think that excluding Israel from an archeological congress is like excluding France from a wine contest!

What's next, will the world boycott Israel from the next Olympic Games? Frankly, I wouldn't put it past them!

Anti-Semitism acts MORE THAN DOUBLED in the UK in the first half of 2009

A recent report from from British Community Security Trust (CST) is giving us the very alarming fact that anti-Semitism has more than doubled in England from Januray to June 2009, up from 276 incidents in the first half of the previous year, that exceeds the previous year's total record of 598. They (CST) have been tracking the incidents for the last 25 years. The surge in anti-semitic acts was due to the Dec'08-Jan'09 Gaza offensive.To be sure, the UK was not the sole European country to go after Israel and the Jewish people, as France (I actually was on the streets of Paris when it took place) joined the ranks of pro-Palestinians shouting anti-Jewish slogans at the top of their lungs.

One scary fact worth reporting was the printing and distribution of a hateful sticker, found in the UK, in the Bournemouth community.

Apparently, Jewish people are just good to put in the trash, get rid of. Disposing of the Jews because of the fact that they were a subhuman race or vermin was the policy of Nazi Germany almost 70 years ago, and we are starting to see it today again.

Additionaly, we continue to see antisemitic grafitti all accross Europe and in the UK like this one recently found at the footsetps of a synagogue in Manchester, England.

Such acts must be exposed, denounced, and fought against. The more those acts take place without anybody saying anything, the more normal they will appear, until the whole world will buy it as the truth... I am terrified to say this but...We are almost there!!!!

First Islamic Supremacist Conference Held in Chicago

The group known as Hizb ut-Tahrir is an international Sunni network with ties to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (involved in 9/11) and Al Qaeda. Even though the group has been quietly operating under the radar for almost 5 decades, this week end was a milestone for them.

They just finished hosting on July 19, a conference entitled, "The Fall of Capitalism and the Rise of Islam," in the suburb of Chicago.

I have reported for a while about the demise of Europe due to the constantly rising Muslim demographics set against European declining native birth rates (for more on this read Conspired or America Alone). It is my belief that Europe will be an Islamic continent within 30 to 50 years. The process has now become irreversible.

I have had the same concern for America for a while especially in light of the lack of interest shown by US government and various organization when it comes to the widespread Islamic push. To be sure, I am not saying that all muslim are terrorists and all muslim are anti-semitic.

Unfortunately, this last week-end's Chicago conference, with or without the various protests attached to it, has validated the importance of this group within Islam and the reality of Islam within our own borders.

Our country, still the best country in the world, is slowly being "Islamacized". The same methods are being used here as are in Europe. Demographics is a crucial factor, but the liberal "quest for tolerance" is allowing Islam to grow exponentially, as they use our freedom of speech to their advantage while repressing our opinion in the name of "religious bigotry".

We have yet to see what the Obama government will tolerate, but it is my great fear that our liberties are fast disappearing, and while American citizens will increasingly be at risk, we know from experience that the Jewish ones will most likely be the first ones to go.

Billy Graham & Richard Nixon talk about "The Jews"!!!

Recently, a taped conversation was released that took place in 1973 between then president Richard M. Nixon and Evangelist Billy Graham. It is now in the public domain and frankly, I don't think that its tone is very favorable to the Jewish people. Some have called it blatant anti-Semitism while some have said that it had to be put back in context.

Regardless of what was on the mind of these two important American figures, at the very least it will encourage and even fuel further attempts at hurting my people.

It is conversations like these, heard by uneducated or indoctrinated people that will lead to more unjustified libels against Israel.

Trader Joe's Is No Traitor Joe's!

Recently, we have seen the boycotting of Israeli products by a Pro-Palestinian group in France as reported in my blog. The latest attempt was made on June 20 here in the USA by a group just formed known as "Don't Buy Into Apartheid" who officially declared Saturday June 20th "World Refugee Day".

As a result, they also decided to boycott the company TRADER JOE's based in Pasadena. They called for a boycott of the store including all kind of actions from passing leaflets to damaging products from Israel, as reported in an article in JewishJournal.com

Specifically, the organization is instructing participants to hand out leaflets at Trader Joe’s stores, describing the Israeli products sold at the supermarket, asking cashiers to stop carrying Israeli products, pulling Israeli products from shelves, and damaging Israeli products.

This is another attempt at ostracizing Israel in the name of world peace and anti-apartheid. This agenda is despicable and dishonest. Consider the reason given by one of the group's organizers when asked why they were doing this:

Raphael says the group decided to target Trader Joe’s in particular because the national chain does not carry any Palestinian products.

It is obvious that their main reason if not their ONLY reason to boycott Trader Joe's, is their distaste for Israel, NOT the fact that Palestinian products are not carried in the store ( what are Palestinian products anyway? who are the Palestinians anyway? But that question is for another day!).

Many other countries of the world are NOT REPRESENTED at TJ's, simply because they don't have products to offer that fit the chain's market.

ONCE AGAIN ISRAEL IS UNJUSTLY TARGETED.

I love Hummus, I love pitas, I love Camembert and I love Riesling. That makes me a Jew/Persian/French/German supporter. Not bad for being Jewish myself!

Am I confused? NO, I just don't mix politics and food.

In Europe, Extreme Right Joins Liberal Left to Squeeze Israel!

Antiochus IV Epiphanes ( 215 BC-164 BC) ruled the Seleucid empire (modern day Syria) from 175 BC until his death in 164 BC. Part of his reign was spent trying to conquer Egypt and the Ptolemies. As both countries fought for control and power, the Jewish people geographically found themselves caught in the middle and became an unwilling buffer zone. Frustrated by the lack of progress in his campaign after the Ptolemies, Antiochus went after the Jewish people, that led to the historic Maccabean revolt and survival of the Jewish people.

Today, the Jewish people are once again caught in the middle, but this time socio-politicaly and not geographically.

There is a current global tendency for BOTH the extreme right and the liberal left to go after Israel and the Jewish people. The extreme right neo-Nazis and white supremacist groups had dwindled to an almost irrelevant number in the last couple of decades, Even though they had continued to distribute their vitriolic speech, they were no longer a real threat to my people.

That trend is changing quickly, especially in Europe. In early June in Hungary, an article was published

"Given our current situation, anti-Semitism is not just our right, but it is the duty of every Hungarian homeland lover, and we must prepare for armed battle against the Jews." (Read the article)
This quote appeared in a newsletter published by an organization calling itself "The trade union of Hungarian police officers prepared for action".

So it appears that the push continues against Israel and the Jewish people. Antisemitism knows no political boundaries when it comes to its common enemy: Israel!

How long before we witness modern day Pogroms in Europe?

Yeshua (Jesus) has promised us that He will return to establish His Messianic Kingdom on earth. But the Prince of Peace came first to die for all of us (Isaiah 52:13-53:12) so that He could establish peace in the heart of men FIRST, and then come back to bring Peace on earth. Only HE can bring real peace, in our hearts, in the middle east and in the whole world!

From the "Pale of Settlement" to the "Pale of Destruction"

The Pale of Settlement was the name of the geographical area withinImperial Russia, within which permanent residence of Jewish people was allowed, and beyond which Jewish residence was generally prohibited. It was about 1,ooo,ooo square miles. The word pale comes from the Latin word palus, meaning stake, from which we got "palissade" and "boundary", thus the concept of a defined and enclosed geographical area.

NOTHING ELSE BUT A VERY LARGE GHETTO!

The Russian Pale of Settlement existed from 1791 until 1917. Within its borders were a miryad of shtetls (small villages), think "Fiddler on the Roof" environment!

This was where most of the governement sponsored riots or "Pogroms" against Jewish people took place (my great-grandmother escaped one to come to France).

Today, while many are trying to deconstruct the undeniable events of the Holocaust, by rewriting history and/or simply denying it, others are doing research that not only militates against such a position but also uncovers more horror.

An interesting article in the Washington Post yesterday (June 4, 2009) revealed the results of a decade long study by Holocaust Museum scholars.

The Pale of Settlement might have historically come to an end in 1917, but to my people, the reality was very different as the writer of the article stated :

"...what we are seeing in this project is that all of Europe was a camp."

The Pale of Settlement simply became the Pale of Destruction as it appears that much of Europe was much more aware of much more implicated (20,000 camps) in the day-to-day affairs of the Nazi "Death Machine".

As horrific as this might be for mankind to discover, this will also help us to re-validate and remember the "Catastrophe"

Jihad in America???

It would be very easy and it is even somewhat tempting for me to ignore the signs around us in America, if it was not for the fact that I fear for the next generation after us.

In my recent book (They Have Conspired Against You: Responding to the New Anti-Semitism) I have documented the threat that is the rise of Islam. It is a threat that has been rising while most of the world was asleep.

I have repeatedly said that it was coming to America, and that we should be prepared.

WELL, IT IS HERE!!!!

And I don't think we are well prepared. I actually think that most of America is in DENIAL.
